I want to tell you how awesome this Goodyear in Bermuda Dunes. My boyfriend and I went there to get some tire fixed and while my boyfriend dropped his phone in parking lot. A customer brought the iPhone 11 in and I called and due to honest employees we were able to get the phone back. Thank you Goodyear for honest employees!!!!

I gave five stars before but have to change to 1 star. I would give -100 stars if I could. My tires are 185 they put195… found it during tire rotation today. Dishonest and unprofessional!

Did not have car ready in time and did not change the info on the car which I bought from my Father in law years ago. Won't be going here again.

Awesome place, very friendly, we were just passing through town and had a nail in the tire and they squeezed us in which was great as we had 3-little kids to entertain. Location is nice as well, we went next door and ate while the repair was done. This would be my go to auto place if I lived in town. Highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service. The parking lot is always filled, but they get you in and out very quickly. Also, great prices. Nice waiting room or you can sit outside. I will definitely take my car back.

I was driving from a job site in my company truck when I started to feel one of my tires going bad. I was 300 miles from my destination. The company truck had no spare. To say the least, I was in a bad situation. As I searched for a nearby tire shop, I noticed the time. It was5:55 pm and all the tire shops we're closing at 6:00. I called Lenard and told him my situation. This gentleman told me he would wait for me and remain open. I arrived at 6:20 pm and thought for sure they had closed. To my surprise they were still open waiting. This is great service. I've been to many tire shops in my 45 years of driving. Outstanding! Thank you Lenard and crew for the better than terrific accommodations! Ramon Villalobos
