“The folks here are the best! About a year and a half ago, I was rear-ended, and there was some damage to the plastic bumper cover on the passenger side. I went to ask how much it would be to replace it, and I received a very reasonable quote. Before I left, they tied up the piece that was hanging with black nylon ties, and it was fine for the longest time. Recently, I had a tire blowout in the same spot, and it was finally time to replace the whole thing! LOL The completed project took practically no time, and they even replaced a tail light bulb for me while they were at it! Just a note, they do all kinds of collision work. This is a great place to get your vehicle fixed!”

“Fix Auto Repair was amazing! They repaired my Mercedes front and rear quarter panels that had rubbed against several cement parking lot light poles. The paint matched is so well matched you can’t tell there was any damage. Their pricing was very reasonable. My other car has some paint issues and they will fix it soon as well. “I was on vacation with my family heading to Arizona. Two hours away from home, I had car trouble while on the freeway. It sounded bad, scared the family, and put us in a bad situation. By the grace of God, we limped the car into Gerber Collision and were greeted by the most incredible team, led by General Manager Todd Markley. It was late in the day, we did not have an appointment, but that did not matter. They took us in and made us feel like family. The gave us comfort and a place to relax. Todd immediately took our car to the garage and started working. Within minutes he was back and had fixed the problem (lose skid pan). Then Todd sent us away with no charge.
Miracles and blessings come when least expected and my family received theirs that day. Todd and his team showed empathy and kindness to total strangers who were in need. This business is blessed to have such an amazing work family and culture.

“Jack's is capable of Pebble Beach quality work and that work can be seen around the shop and in other places in the desert (Palm Springs Porsche showroom etc). My Porsche 718 took Two months to repair a bumper and trunk replacement (trunk was dented below and I was told it needed to be replaced to comply with Porsche standards) and when I picked up the car the trunk was still dirty and some excessive overspray was evident under the newly installed trunk tub. Having driven the car from Canada and needing to return to Canada when the work was completed, I wasn’t able to have the overspray dealt with until October of 2024. Steve was committed to making things right and the overspray was dealt with perfectly and within 24hrs. I was told this was THE place to go, and following the speedy and professional attention I received from Steve and the shop, I understand why I was told that. Thank you Steve and team for not quitting until my complete satisfaction was realized. If you should find that you are not satisfied with anything, speak with Steve and I know he will do everything possible to see that you are! Who can ask for anything more? Jack has surrounded himself with staff that seek complete customer satisfaction and I can say that I am now one of those customers.”
