Rude cashiers. No hello, or bye. Have had this problem a couple times, the younger adults look like they do not want to be working.

We stopped by Whole Foods on the weekend to purchase some items since we had manufactured coupons. The parking lot was busy but we were able to find a spot quickly as people kept coming in and out. When you first walk in, there are self check out station and a guard. There is also a customer service station allowing you to return your Amazon packages. Inside of the store, the aisles were not labeled according, so it was tough to locate many items that I was looking for. Even though it was a busy store, the items in the store is always stocked and cleaned. While using manufacturer coupons at checkout, the customer service representatives and other store customers made me feel unwelcome and it felt frustrating. I carefully planned my budget and since some of the coupons were not taken, the total went over the roof. I would definitely go back if their customer service representative is trained better.

Early morning shopping was great. Felt peaceful, not overwhelming when going to other grocery stores.

Over priced nothing special, I get same juice at Walmart for half price, bread section really bad, bakery is my favorite and cashiers usually are nice and helpful, security try to look intimidating but you can't find them if crackhead walks in start yelling and throwing thing's everywhere.

For quick and easy access to healthy food options, Whole Foods is a No-Brainer. It's not the most affordable place to shop for groceries, so if you're on a tight budget I might not recommend. I love that I can scan rows of supplements hunting for the best option, while also banging out a grocery list, and snag a quick sandwich and or soup on the go. There are more than a handful of hot soup options, self serve, and for the sandwich you can order with a paper and pencil provided at the deli. The salad bar is also impressive (self serve); sushi too (grab and go). These options for food and deli are located at the right when you enter the store. Their produce section is dependably fresh, and nearly always stocked to max. This Whole Foods can get crowded so try to avoid certain hours like after 5pm on a work week. If that's unavoidable, go with the understanding you may be waiting down an isle to get to a register. They do have a good number of self check outs.

Terrific customer service! Unfortunately, the store is small, and so they don't sell basics like bottle openers. But they have the best EV charging stations in all of Berkeley, and it's lovely to be able to go into the store and get some prepared food to eat while charging our Chevy Bolt.

My experience at this Whole Foods has always been extremely positive, but in a limited way (I used to shop here generally, but my situation changed). I head straight to the deli counter for some very nourishing and hearty food, and sometimes let myself linger at the highly tempting bakery display and the dependable coffee kiosk just outside the door. I'm not a pizza person so I can't speak to that, but the counter will make you up a burrito or sandwich that can be huge in so many ways. I stop here to recover after I've been fasting for a blood draw nearby, and this food can truly keep you going if you are visiting or keeping an extended vigil at the hospital, or just having a very demanding day. They are fast and efficient with a smile, a really good option. You can supplement your tasty nutrition-bomb in the trays of mostly hot food right behind you at the counter, and get a cold drink at grocery store prices along the back wall. Pro tip: the coffee kiosk may look empty in the non-morning hours, but my experience has been that a hearty call-out will bring someone right out, great if you'd like some muscle in your selection to keep you going. Also, you do have the option of eating on one of the covered (or not, as you choose) very clean picnic-table type benches outside.

I love coming here! Excellent quality and can also find sales in different aisles! They have an EV charging station at the back that's really useful when planning to do groceries! The people working here are awesome! Always in Harmony! A happy worker creates a happy environment! And this place shines well at it ??☕ Thanks will always be back!
