The pharmacist clerk was an absolute j**** The people there are unhygienic, unfriendly, and all-around, horrible at what they do. They should all get fired and revamp this Walgreens ASAP! Or maybe they should just turn it into a parking lot.

This location along with the Telegraph location are a complete joke. It's f****** CHRISTMAS and they have no Christmas bags available. What in the f*** is going on? Why would the f****** Christmas bags be behind the counter? Are people stealing that s*** now too? Walgreens needs to close he Berkeley locations down.

If I could rate the pharmacy at this Walgreens zero stars I would. The pharmacist gave my prescription to someone else and then proceeded to tell me that my name was not in the system. After calling my health care provider and this Walgreen pharmacy many times they finally figured out that the error was on Walgreens end. The pharmacists was extremely rude and after telling him that because of his error I now need my perception urgently or I will be hospitalized he hung up on me.

Constantly understaffed. They don't have enough people working the pharmacy and I see the same 3 guys scrambling around every time I come. Hire some more people!

Now it's a Walgreen and many places have been closing including competitors. As the heat was been high I was craving a piece of my childhood and wanted something cold and refreshing that reminded me of the good days. Since technology is supposed to make our lives easier I thought it was cool to have those new screens on the doors and I understand the gimmick, the catch, the capitalism, along with the whole advertisement but like ninety per cent of the time of available items on the screen do not go up to par with what's inside. Just open it and see what's in store. Only one staff member rang guests. Attempted to get help but silence from other staff. Gets the job done for a quick grab such as a drink, medical, dry snack, to the alike.

Workers are extremely rude and unprofessional and do not know where anything is It's ridiculous that they can run a store like this

Went there late Thursday morning. Huge shop, but seriously understaffed. Pharmacy counter had a long queue; single cash register also had a long queue. Calls for customer assistance did not seem to get a response. Couldn't find someone available to ask help for product location. Shop manager needs to pay more attention to conditions on the floor.

The largest Walgreens in Berkeley and the pharmacy is closed on the weekends?!? I get an email a week ago saying my Rx refill is in process, but when I go to Walgreens they have no record of a refill. Went for a scheduled flu shot and they "have no record of my appointment" even when I show them my confirmation email. Done with this crappy excuse for a pharmacy. If I could negative stars I would.

This is the second time in two days I have been to this store, 7/26 and 7/27, and it is the second time here I have witnessed some weird hawala system suggestive of some sort of trade or exchange involving harassment. I was being made to feel inflated as I was walking around inside, and then after I left. On both occasions, a small Chinese lady Walgreens employee was key to my experiencing unwanted contacts. The store is convenient, centrally located, but aggressive in this weird wireless...I dunno...game...game as service? I couldn't see what they were responding to, by it was like I had data coming off of me that I couldn't see or hear that was giving them incorrect, inconsistent, false, misleading information that resulted in unwanted behaviors and contacts toward me, the customer. My purchases weren't that controversial. Strange indeed.

PSA: Be advised that this Walgreens is not a safe space for trans people, & by the look of it, people of color as well.If I could leave negative stars, I would. I try to be as constructive in my reviews as possible & will continue to try with this one. The people that work at this Walgreens are all-around hateful & problematic. The other day, I witnessed a trans be outted, mocked, & openly bashed by several employees & including the manager on duty after the said trans person left the store. After having witnessed this, I left my shopping items & immediately left the store. I was absolutely disgusted.Publicly outing trans people or revealing that they are trans is not only disrespectful, but directly puts their lives in danger should the wrong person be around to hear this type of information that is absolutely no one's business to begin with. I am appalled by this ignorant & hateful behavior by the staff & especially their manager who should undergo some extensive training in hospitality & acceptance.

-----PASSPORT PHOTO REVIEW ONLY-----Most places will NOT do passport photos for babies because it's just too damn difficult (esp since my baby can't even lift her own head yet). But shoutout to Ana who not only agreed to take passport photos for my baby, but she was also very patient. She took several photos since most weren't usable according to the passport guidelines (I'm telling you, babies are tough to get passport photos for) but she never rushed, was patient all the way through and just made one more thing such a painless experience. I got sent here by USPS since their photo services were out of order and I'm glad it was such a positive experience.
