Speedy and friendly fulfillment. Never had an issue with the prescriptions or service. Have refilled several times and never a long wait on the phone.

I have had multiple issues with auto-refill on prescriptions. Not a great experience.

Have only spoke on phone so can only say the woman I talked with was very nice and answered my questions. Waiting on prescription and will update as to shipping time and quality etc. But for now they seemed nice and professional.Update : received first prescription and was somewhat upset due to minimum cost and barely getting much medication, but im pretty sure they sent mine overnight and they did not mention it. So maybe they did this just to be nice after paying the minimum cost. Was appreciated big time and they did this without any complaints or asking by me. Just placed next refill this past Friday and received email saying will be updated on when is shipped (monday today). Will update as to consistency and relative results with medication relative to other compounding pharmacies used, and regular shipping times once received. But so far seem to be a very professional and helpful business.

Update: I initially gave this Pharmacy a two star review. Since my recent refill, I was very impressed how quickly and efficiently they filled my prescription and sent it to me. Thank you for doing a great job.Previous Comments:I had ordered a prescription with this pharmacy. During the payment process, it suggested it would be mailed two days air. Be very careful dealing with this pharmacy, I would urge you to consider other choices with higher ratings.

I had a good experience, but wish they would have warned me of the 30 day shelf life when I put in the order, not when they called to tell me it was ready because I was traveling and couldn't pick it up right away. Had I known that I would have delayed the order.

They just DOUBLED the cost of my Rx. I’ll be moving my Rx elsewhere. Try CareFirst. Significantly lower prices and they mail it to you for $3.

The hoops this place makes you jump through, the amount of time they make you wait, the lack of follow through...at a certain point, it passes incompetence and becomes cruelty, making people in pain wait so long without any help.

Poor communication. Poor packaging for a compounded medication, it leaked badly with pressure changes from altitude changes. Some nice folks on the front desk, and pharmacist is clear spoken and professionally. Some really snippy folk on the front desk too. One, when I called AGAIN after another week to see what was holding up my prescription kept saying that I needed to call them to get that information. ?!??! It's been 3 weeks now, and I STILL don't have my refill. Each weekly phone call finds another problem that I solve, and I'm told it's now in process. When I call next week, I find it not in process as there is a problem. We solve the problem, often working with the pharmacist, and I'm told it's NOW in process. Rinse and repeat. Wish they'd just tell me there's a problem when one occurs. Looking for a new compounding pharmacy......

I'm going to echo what others are saying here about the poor management and customer service. More than once my RX has run out because their "auto-refill" doesn't operate as advertised. Management swore it wouldn't happen again, but last time they sat on the new RX for over a week until I called them to ask what happened. They were supposed to send it to me but they held it for pick up without alerting me. All this was after doubling the price for my medication seemingly overnight. I am switching to another local pharmacy. P.S. Valor's reply to my review is not accurate. We did not research anything together and their not getting in touch with me and not doing the auto-refill on multiple occasions has nothing to do with an RX running out. My RX ran out *after* I had already transferred my RX to another company months ago. And I told them at the time I was leaving. I gave them a lot of chances to make it right with me but nothing worked. So happy I switched.

Failed to send out my daughters repeat description medication (once per month cadence) and when I got hold of them on the phone, were unable to explain why, giving me no confidence that the problem won't recur. But looking back, at least at that point if I hung on for long enough I could speak to a representative. This week I've tried to contact them again. Phone options send you in a 25min loop which ends in being told to email them and an auto disconnect from the call. Emails are not responded to. Not open at the weekend to go & sort out in person. My daughter has eye drops compounded for her. It's important but it's not life-threatening if she misses a day or two. Would urge anyone with a prescription which will lead to major problems if not refilled as expected to AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Update: I did eventually manage to speak to someone on the phone, they were *incredibly* helpful and we drove down to pick up them up that afternoon. Will update again next month once I see if our auto refill is being processed cirrectky

I started ordering from Valor since my pharmacy in Hawaii is having supply issues. I pay almost three times more using Valor. I put up with the prices because my daughter's health is very important to me.My biggest complaint right now is that I put in a refill (not a new order/rx) on 11/20 paid and was emailed that it was received. And nothing. No medication. Now my daughter doesn't have her medication and it would take at least two days more to get here if they fix the problem tomorrow.I don't know what is going on but I think I need to look for alternatives to compound medications for my daughter. I really don’t want to switch. I have to have this sorted out and not happen again.

Valor forgot to send me my auto-refilling prescription until I reminded them multiple times after it ran out. I had to go in to pick it up and they gave me the wrong dose, then they still seemed to think the meds were in the mail even though I had physically picked them up. On the phone they told me I had to apologize to THEM for being upset that they forgot to send me my meds that make my immune system function, and have to pay them double in order to get the correct meds. It is highly unfortunate that this is the only compounding pharmacy in the area- this place is an absolute mess.

I have tried more than a few places to find good ketamine trouches and valor does the best. They are always consistent. I don't know what the problem is Werth the other compounding shops but they just can't do it like valor.

I want to love this place. The medicine is good. The store front is clean. My problems are the following: 1) The price of the medicine seems to have increased exponentially. I do understand supply and demand and yet to increase it this much feels inappropriate. 2) The customer service on the phone has been inconsistent. One person tells me one thing, the information is not relayed to the other staff, or the other staff state a different policy. 3) I tend to have a lot of leeway and patience for employees dealing with the public. I have been treated well or even decently by at least 2 staff members at the front desk. However, there is one staff member who is consistently rude . Her voice has the undertones of impatience, possibly hostility, like I interrupted her from something more important and how dare I waste her time. I would chalk this up to a bad day, but it has happened each time I deal with this specific person. For anyone, but especially someone getting psych meds, this is a no go and plain old harmful.
