Generally I like Wells Fargo but it would be nice if they posted it on their website if they're going to be closed on Saturdays so we don't have to find out by going there.

I think Wells Fargo is abandoning this branch, which used to be its flagship in Berkeley. For at least the last couple of years, each time I go in there is a long line because the bank only has one, or sometimes two, tellers, for the seven windows. This branch used to have many employees, and now it's almost deserted, with no ordinary customer service. Today even all the outside cash machines were "out of service" except for one which said "no cash available." Wells Fargo took its safe deposit boxes out of this branch and moved them to College Avenue, which now has more tellers and better service (actually almost all branches have more tellers). There's been a construction site in the lobby for a couple of years, which seems stuck in time with no progress. I suspect that the bank owns the building and intends to sell it and close this branch entirely - it's certainly acting as though it has no future. I wonder if the city is aware that the bank is abandoning downtown.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Wells Fargo that left me feeling extremely frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I had scheduled an appointment with them and received a confirmation reminder for the appointment. However, when I arrived at the branch, I was shocked to discover that my appointment had been canceled without any prior notice.What's even more frustrating is that the bank had the audacity to send me a reminder for the canceled appointment, which only added to the confusion and inconvenience. The level of miscommunication and disorganization within their system is baffling and unacceptable.The worst part of it all was the complete lack of empathy and courtesy shown by the bank's staff. They didn't even offer a simple apology for the inconvenience caused, leaving me feeling like my time and business were not valued at all. Customer service should be a top priority for any business, but this experience demonstrated that Wells Fargo falls short in this regard.In light of this disappointing encounter, I am seriously considering taking my banking needs elsewhere. This incident has seriously eroded my trust in Wells Fargo's ability to provide reliable and respectful service to its customers.I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Wells Fargo, as they appear to have significant shortcomings in their scheduling and customer service departments. My experience with them has been nothing short of a major disappointment.

Sad to see how miserable this people look day by day. I am here twice a week just to find the teller work harder and get more burnt out every time I am here! I see the manager walking around looking at an endless line and do NOTHING to alleviate them.Just an observation, at another WF branches that I’ve been the manager has a window to help their tellers. This doesn’t happen here

They ask to Schedule a time to be helped and we waited more than 45 min even having a time Schedule. Just ridiculous. Not recommended at all
