Not sure why Wells service is so spotty & inconsistent. Went in to cash/deposit a savings bond & was told (by both teller and a Mgr) that I could not do this & to go online (excuse me, that's what I pay YOU for. Yes you make a ton of $$$ off of my $$!). My husband called the College Ave branch (which tend to have more professional service) and was told oh, no problem, come in & we will cash and deposit for you. Hmmm....????

I just went in on some light banking questions and the teller came right up to the window immediately and asked me to come over. He was followed by the manager who introduced herself which I thought was very cool. I mentioned to them that I was at a branch in the next town. But this one's more convenient to my house and was told that. I'm very welcome to do business with him at any time I'd like. I like customer service like this. It's nice to see some place that I can walk into and feel like a valued customer. And don't misunderstand me the people at the bank that I'm currently at are just as nights. This one just happens to be closer to my house. They will definitely see my business again.

Terrible service. Canceled my appointment for no reason without providing an additional date. Is in the early 20th century regarding forms online. Apparently, i have to make an appointment to go to a banker in person (COVID anyone?) to get a form to designate a beneficiary, something ALL other banks provided online or via email.OMG, time for a new bank!!

The Solano Branch has the nicest staff, but the last few times I've been there the tellers were grossly understaffed. I get the feeling that Wells Fargo is contemptuous of my business when I have to stand in line --sometimes with five or six other people for half an hour--and wait for the single teller available to us. Wells Fargo can do better than this. I wonder what the CEO makes a year?

THIS BRANCH IS OPEN!!!Branch manager and all the bankers and tellers here go above and beyond to help you with your financial needs. Be sure to call ahead and schedule an appoint if you need more than teller help. They have very safe covid protocols and a parking attendant to guide you as well.

Closed. One star for not having your business together enough to post that you are indefinitely closed. Thanks for the 20 minute walk. I would be embarrassed if I were the bank manager at this branch.

The service is fine but weirdly obsequious. It's like Wells Fargo instructed their employees to try to make up for all the fraud by smiling excessively and being overly friendly. I find it annoying. Just act normal: professional and courteous. I also don't like that they don't have deposit or withdrawal slips. And everything is open; there is no privacy. Why do I have to have other customers know what my transaction is about or how much money I'm taking out?

This review is for Mariela Moreno who was incredibly responsive when my wife and I encountered some hiccups during the appraisal process. She was incredibly prompt in getting us started with a new mortgage application, and within 1 day she sent us an incredibly competitive offer. She provided very sound advice and was willing to spend the time, after business hours, even when it looked like the existing mortgage process was going to resolve itself. Would highly recommend working with her.

I love this bank much better than my other bank ( Bank of America ) . They have more people work so take less time to get help. Fast and friendly. ATM always good. I still don't have a checking account here only saving.

No star's for the rude obnoxious security guard on the parking lot (Singh). Hoerific experience with him this evening, he needs to be removed, and no longer affiliated with the Wells brand name. Guard used profanity, claimed he didn't care if I alerted management about his behavior, and refused to move away from my truck. I could not even exit my vehicle, because of this idiot. I gave been a long time customer of Wells, without ever a problem till today. Requested manager right away, was told she was in a meeting, told greeter this issue was major. He went to her desk, she looked over her shoulder at me, and resumed talking to a man at her desk. Greeter returned, and informed me problem will be looked into. My teller was attentive & apologized about the situation. Upon leaving two employee's ended up witnessing some of the rudeness from the guard to me. I informed them all that I would be writing a letter to the corporate office. Tereible experience all around, advised them that if I return to this branch, no orher harassment will be tolerated.

Probably first and last time for this wells Fargo branch. Though it was empty they took over 30 mins to meet a banker and they took people who were after me twice even when they have been seeing me there for Unmanaged and bad service. Not coming back.
