Not sure why Wells service is so spotty & inconsistent. Went in to cash/deposit a savings bond & was told (by both teller and a Mgr) that I could not do this & to go online (excuse me, that's what I pay YOU for. Yes you make a ton of $$$ off of my $$!). My husband called the College Ave branch (which tend to have more professional service) and was told oh, no problem, come in & we will cash and deposit for you. Hmmm....????

I just went in on some light banking questions and the teller came right up to the window immediately and asked me to come over. He was followed by the manager who introduced herself which I thought was very cool. I mentioned to them that I was at a branch in the next town. But this one's more convenient to my house and was told that. I'm very welcome to do business with him at any time I'd like.I like customer service like this. It's nice to see some place that I can walk into and feel like a valued customer. And don't misunderstand me the people at the bank that I'm currently at are just as nights. This one just happens to be closer to my house.They will definitely see my business again.

Terrible service. Canceled my appointment for no reason without providing an additional date. Is in the early 20th century regarding forms online. Apparently, i have to make an appointment to go to a banker in person (COVID anyone?) to get a form to designate a beneficiary, something ALL other banks provided online or via email.OMG, time for a new bank!!

The Solano Branch has the nicest staff, but the last few times I've been there the tellers were grossly understaffed. I get the feeling that Wells Fargo is contemptuous of my business when I have to stand in line --sometimes with five or six other people for half an hour--and wait for the single teller available to us. Wells Fargo can do better than this. I wonder what the CEO makes a year?

THIS BRANCH IS OPEN!!!Branch manager and all the bankers and tellers here go above and beyond to help you with your financial needs. Be sure to call ahead and schedule an appoint if you need more than teller help. They have very safe covid protocols and a parking attendant to guide you as well.
