Our clothes were clean without artificial scent. They were neatly folded and wrapped in brown paper sealed with paper tape (not in a plastic bag). Service was pleasant and informative. Highly recommended!

Filthy facility!!! To much ownership turnover. The place is a total dump. No numbers printed anywhere for support. It's just a money pit at this point. They charge an additional .50 cents for hot water and the water they provide is luke warm at best! I

My wife and have been coming here every other week for a few years now since we do not have an in-unit washer/dryer. We typically have clothes that cannot be dried, clothes that need low heat only, and sometimes clothes that need to be separated by color. Wash & Shop has always accommodated our requests and been very timely. We typically drop off our clothes on Saturday mornings between 9 and 10am, and our clothes are ready between 4 and 5:30pm that day. Only a couple of times have their pickup times been off, but they called plenty of time in advance to let us know. The staff is also very friendly, and we have enjoyed getting to know them over the years.

Lovely small business with great attention to detail. They can do same day wash/fold service, and they do not use scented detergent at all - which is nice for some in my family who are fragrant-intolerant. And they fold things so well I have completely stopped doing my own sheets (folding flat sheets is a PITA...)! Lastly - and perhaps most importantly - everyone there is so sweet and helpful. A gem of a place.

The woman who owns and does the washing/folding is a total gem. She always greets me and my child with a smile and is super sweet. My only wish is that the clothes were packed/taped tighter as the paper sometimes rips open when I'm transporting the clothes home from the car. That's a very small issue however and I'm happy to be her client as long as I live in the Bay.

do not get your clothes washed here!!! they will not return all of your clothes to you and then claim they never received it. this place is 100% a scam!!!!
