They did not process my western union amazon order. i had to call many times to amazon and western union to figure out it was walgreens who did not process the order. So i called walgreens to let them know. The manager says we don't have western union to pay amazon, yet i did it at the computer near the pharmacy. Pay bill, amazon, enter code, etc...got a receipt and western union code from walgreens for it. what kind of place is this? shut it down.

Pharmacy staff are fine.Cashiers are like a bad SNL skit. I realize they must get sick of students, but I am a 50+ person and they treat me like subhuman too.

Employees are always rude and unhelpful. Can’t trust the website to tell you what’s in stock because it’s never accurate. Always an unpleasant experience coming here.

If i could give a zero star to this place i would. The cashiers here apparently think that they are the customers' superior and can just scold them however they like. The store opens at 8 and I waited outside for a while before the manager waved at me and let me in. It was past 8 and the cashier still hadn't started to work. She just casually looked at ppl in line and nonchalantly moved around as if annoying us on purpose. And when she finally called me she started to give me a lecture, telling me to not come in the store next time unless they allowed us to, which they just fcking did. I said sure okay, and then she requested me to take off my earbud so that she could repeat that sentence to me again. It was just a fcking red bull and the system just didn't read my card, so she kept requesting me to "tap it again" when there was obviously some error with the machine. And when it didn't work again she requested to take off my earbud again as it that was what's causing the problem. Give it a rest woman the fcking earbud wasn't playing anything and i heard you loud and clear every time. Shove it up your a*s and i hope you enjoy your job that should have been replaced by a self-check out machine. S*ck it shattuck walgreens

I've been coming here for decades and thumbs up! Safe area, fast moving line, small but well stocked store, If only America could be this spot on! The other reviews are just what you expect, always finding some angle to trash-talk, just why people don't see how distorted they think, and how they interpret things in some paranoid manner, overlaying a problem onto reality that just isn't there.

Always experiencing the longest lines with only 1 cashier working when there are multiple available to help. Came in on a random Thursday - bought a water and coffee right before going to the school library because it was really hot outside. Upon purchasing the water, I took 5 seconds to take a sip while the cashier was answering another customer's question. He proceeds to immediately frown at me with the most judgemental face and says: "There's no way you just did that." Did what?? Take a quick sip of water that I PURCHASED with my own money?! I was in disbelief with how rude the taller male cashier was to me when I did nothing to provoke him. What the heck is wrong with this store. They are always out of items and the staff I meet are always so rude and not willing to help. They need to be let go. Everything is all crazy overpriced. Don't come here!!!

Don’t get grocery here if you would like to be treated as a human. Im not gonna file a complaint cuz I want that cashier to work in Walgreens for the rest of his life and get paid with the minimum wage. Btw that dude should get some AC classes. I speak up for BLM but look what you've done to me.
