Was not asked if I needed help when I first walked in. This is not the first time either. If they wonder why people walk in & out, it's because they don't even get a friendly greet upon walking in. I had to make eye contact with a staff. Then she went along and greeted another person right when they walked in. Love the brand and clothing but the customer service is almost non existent. I'm not going to beg to spend my money there. Vuori, please train your staff. The price point is way to high for customers to have to ask for help. At least make sure they get a "hello"

Was about to order online, but instead popped into this location because it was nearby!! Staff was incredibly kind and helpful, offered an alternative when the item i was looking for did not come in a specific color, and ended up loving the alternative more than the original item! I will 100% be returning, great customer service!

I already love the Vuori brand but wound up loving to shop in the Berkeley Fourth Street location because the customer service was above and beyond. Sales staff greeted everyone, pointed out the great material of the clothing and spent time looking up things on line when we had some questions. Best advertisement for anything is a welcoming, polite and informed staff. Will definitely be back!

Had a lady help me track down an item I couldn't find anywhere that was sold out online and almost all locations. She helped me find it in San Diego, gave me the number to the store and the gentleman was able to process my order and ship it to me directly! Great customer service all around

I made a return last week and gentleman (I presume manager) was very rude and just lacked professionalism. It was like they were questioning my return. What s sad is that i really enjoy the brand and clothing. I tell others about it as well and have purchased clothing as gifts for family and friends. The treatment I received last week (mostly the questioning) over a $180 jacket was not appropriate. That gentleman needs training and reminding on how to treat people. He questioned first before trying to read the receipt and understand what was going on. I will no longer go this store and will probably stop buying the brand. Very unfortunate...

Vuori is my new fave store for athlesuire wear. The Performance joggers are unbelievably comfy and soft. My daughter loves the tanks which are super flattering. Prices are high but worth it. Staff is very friendly in the store on Fourth street in Berkeley.

My review os based on customer service. I was not greeted as I entered or asked if I needed assistance. It was not busy at all. I made a purchase and the cashier had no conversation with me but to tell me my total.

Just wanted to say we had a great experience at the Vuori store on 4th St in Berkeley. The store is really well organized with lots of room to walk around and well lit. It is well stocked, neatly organized and the dressing rooms clean. Best of all though were the employees there. The two guys that helped us were courteous, super chill and just pleasant to interact with. They made the whole shopping experience exceptional. Hopefully these guys stick around. We'll be back to buy more!

There are two things I can recommend about this store. The products ate amazing and so is the salesperson named Chris (he/him). Chris was very polite, helpful, and very good at choosing complimentary colors. The performance jogger set is so comfortable and cute. The jogger pants are a little thinner than the leggings. The leggings are surprisingly good at hiding cellulite and the jogger pants are less so. They have so many fresh colors that there is something for everyone. I like that the neither the tags on the product or attached to the clothes are plastic. I appreciate the effort and results.

I was ready to order online. I remembered this location just opened, so here I am! A large retail space and easy to navigate with the crowd. I knew what I wanted and just needed find it. The helpful staff pointed me in the right direction. I got the new Aloha-Mini Pouch. There was a signature Flexfit UniPanel Dad Cap and it's mine too! I am a fan of the joggers and jackets. I was on a bit of a time crunch, but I'll be back to leisurely take it all in.
