A Big Thank You to Ann for your Exceptional Customer Service!!! I was in need of the last of Ivy's Organic mattresses, which unfortunately, is no longer manufactured. I bought a very expensive recliner from Viking Trader and it is not only uncomfortable, it actually hurts my neck! Of course, all their furniture is custom made so no returns. If you're considering buying from here - give yourself over an hour to sit in any chair or sofa. Otherwise you'll experience what I have - buyers remorse!

I absolutely love this store! I purchased a Stressless leather recliner. It comes from Norway, and they are all custom-made. I had to wait several months, but it was worth every last penny. They are wonderful there, very thorough and very nice.

Satisfied customer. Solid, classic furniture at a fair price. I bought my living room here in 2020 and returned this year for my bedroom. Easy to shopping experience, I was in and out in 30 minutes.

After looking at couch in several shops, including R&B, I returned to Viking Trader to purchase our new couch - it attractive, super comfy, and a good size (79"). The store has plenty of nice furniture and great staff including the delivery person. The entire experience was pleasant and hassle free without any pressure or sales pitch. Instead, you're free to come in and browse before being asked if you have questions. I prefer supporting local, independent companies rather than larger box stores. We are very satisfied with the new couch and would recommend Viking Trader.

Furniture seems great. But customer service is lacking. If I'm about to spend $3000+ on a couch I prefer to be greeted when I enter the establishment. Looking two associates in the eye as I walk in & then having to say " HI.. " aggressively after waiting to see if they'll say something seems unnecessary..

Great selection of mostly Scandinavian furniture. They also stock some American artisanal wooden bedroom sets and desks. Beautiful colors and materials. Staff are courteous and helpful. Parking is available but requires metering.

Ordered a custom rocker recliner here right before covid shut everything down, and customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed and left happy. Plus my chair is incredibly comfortable, high quality, and sleek.
