Came in for a gel manicure. My technician was Kim, and unfortunately she cut my nails extremely short. She didn't check in with me after she cut the first one, like I've experienced (and appreciate) at many salons. And then she continued to file and cut and now they're just stubs, and some are uneven or weird shapes. Big sad face :( I have been to other technicians before and had better service, and would recommend that Kim better understand what length is appropriate. You can always cut them and ask if the client wants them shorter, but you can't cut them and then ask if they want them longer!!

I'm a super picky customer and am 100% happy with service here. My hands and feet are Uber sensitive so must be treated with TLC. Tip: Always make an appointment and request your favorite technician for the best service. For me, the two best technicians are Loan and Moui. They have turned around my problem, chipping, peeling nails into strong and happy nails. My toenails are horribly ingrown but Moui & Loan have special techniques to make them better. Be sure to bring a cash tip please!! These ladies work their buts off for us and the least we can do is honor them with a cash tip Thank you Loan! Thank you Moui! Love this salon

Buyer beware. The pedicure looked good enough. Prices are reasonable, BUT I got a toenail fungus after my pedicure from this salon.

Zoey did my gel manicure, and Ann did the deluxe pedicure. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
Some things I really loved
1. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and even though the place was busy they helped you feel taken care of and personally attended to
2. The massage pedicure chair
3. The nail cutting, shaping, filing, cuticle trimming was immaculate. I usually have to interrupt and correct my nail techs but Zoey & Ann did it with perfection and I could sit back and relax knowing I’m in good hands
4. The deluxe pedi had a foot soak, exfoliating scrub, clay mask, lotion & foot massage (a real good one!) and hot towels.
5. For the mani, the nail shaping itself was beautifully done and Zoey gave me gloves to protect the skin on my hands when using the curing light.
6. They have hundreds of color options, I’ve never had so many colors and shades to choose from. I got the color A 490, and asked for chrome powder on top for my fingernails & loved the result.
We originally went to 2 different places near the area that didn’t look busy but unfortunately couldn’t take us and had a 30-45 min wait. That was the best thing that happened because we found Versailles Nail Spa and they were able to get us in immediately! I may have found my favorite nail place and will definitely come back. Keep up the good work ?

Got a manicure with Sunny and she was absolutely fantastic! Incredible attention to detail. Did an A+ job on my nails. Highly recommended!

My friend and I went here for a peticure and manicure. We both got gel on our nails. We were done in 40 minutes sadly the polish on my hand, even though it was gel started chipping off within three days. The exact same thing happened to hers, even though we had different people do our nails. For $65, i am disappointed. I have had gel nails before at other places, and this has never happened.

They're super quick and nice, I love that you can leave tip on the card but I try to bring cash for them. I have only done regular and gel here because I do acrylics elsewhere so I can't say much for that or for design as I usually just get one all over color, but it's fairly reasonable in price although the massage can be a little bit painful depending on who does it. Or maybe she just felt I was super tense. The vibe of the nail salon is really casual, the have a ton of pedicure chairs and everyone is super friendly and they stay on top of cleanliness constantly.

I came in for a French tip manicure and was dissatisfied with the way Kim left my nails. They were thick, uneven, and messy. She denied to hand draw flowers on my nails because she couldn't do it. I don't understand how a nail salon has technicians that don't even know how to perfect such a basic and common nails style. I won't be returning.

Always an excellent mani/pedi for really reasonable prices. My nails always look great and last for almost two weeks (usually I get a week out of gels maximum). The technicians are friendly and efficient — today I told them I was short on time and they had me in and out in 30 min without missing a beat. As usual, they take card, but appreciate if you tip in cash. I highly recommend!!

AMAZING attention to detail and super precise in every aspect. I walked in for a gel manicure and even though it was relatively busy they still seated me right away. There were many customers there at once which meant the salon is really popular. Made me feel great since it was my first time there. I received a great shoulder and neck massage while my gel nails finished curing. Couldn't be any happier with the service and salon.
