The phone number listed here is disconnected. We tried getting here to pick up a package before closing but the gates were locked even 5 minutes before 4PM.

After seeing the reviews, I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get what I needed done; however, the staff and supervisor I talked with were friendly, helpful, and got what I needed done same day!Ps: this is not a retail location, I got in following a delivery truck after speaking with the mailman

Absolute and utter garbage. With an attitude. And they use super creepy people for mail delivery. I had a mail carrier in Berkeley hit on me and then ask if he could use my bathroom! I lived 2 blocks from the post office. The past two nights I've been alerted by my dogs to someone on the porch. It is a new mail carrier. When I went to the door, the guy took off and ignored me asking what he wanted. This evening I literally walked down the street to his truck and asked him, and he completely ignored me and drove off. Totally weird and creepy. When I went to my mailbox, I found he had already delivered the mail, so why was he at my door??? Totally creepy. Thank god for my dogs.

The door bell is broken.I was to pick up my package and USPS office told me to ring the bell to talk with the supervisor. The door bell is broken and no one pick up the call.

Was able to get inside when a delivery truck was on its way out. Driver pointed me to go inside and ask for Supervisor named Kevin. The receptionist had a young man there who was very polite. Supervisor helped me get info my missing package which I was able to obtain shortafter-Thank you!P.S. Went there around 10:30 A.M.

Idiotic office... took an hour for someone to answer the door and after all that, they sent my vacation hold mail out for delivery after I asked for a pickup
