Went there around noon. No lines, quick and efficient service by “Top Dog”- thats what it said on his name badge. I was pleasantly surprised considering what I had heard about long lines and rude behavior at the Post office.

the doors were opened so one can access the p.o. boxes. the service windows had no lines, didn't see any associates working. no closed signs seen. didn't check the hours. luckily, didn't need to send a parcel. the blue mail boxes outside are enough to satisfy my letters.

Whoever said Rico is rude does not know Rico. He is polite and professional. He is also my favorite post office worker along with Shannon and Tony (although Tony moves to Solano Ave.) To be a part of the neighborhood is to know the crew at this post office and to know them is to love them. Thank you Tony and Shannon!!!
