I needed to mail an international package on a Friday and got caught in traffic, arriving at this location as the UPS driver was about to leave. Lee, behind the counter, asked the driver to wait, then quickly added the transparent sleeve to my box and taped it shut. Thank you Lee, for being there in my moment of need!

Their prices keep going up. They charged me to tape a box. It took about 5 seconds, and about one foot of tape. I understand they want to make a profit, but this is a bit absurd.

I needed notary services. i used to use Wells Fargo, they don't have someone onsite in my of their remaining staffed offices. Same with AAA. Other places needed an appointment. I just walked in to this UPS store and everything was simple, professionally handled, and quick! Thanks, guys, you are the best.
