I've used Unwired's service since 2008 with very few issues. They are responsive and helpful which is all you can ask of your ISP.

Let's just say you get what you pay for! Price per/Mb is more than wired competitors, however, this is a locally owned company that does not sell your information/data and provides top-notch customer service and support! Their up-time is excellent and when there is the occasional issue (very rare) they are quick to communicate and a human answers the phone! Been a customer for 10+ years now. Cannot say enough good things.

I have not used Unwired Ltd service because I could not get my building manager permit to install radio device on the rooftop. The reason I gave 5 star is that I call them on Sunday afternoon and left a message, then someone call me back on Monday morning and answer my questions and instruct me about their service and the instalation process.

they went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my Internet up and running I was trying to hook up a mesh Internet system and their technician spent almost 2 hours working through the problems in order to get the mesh router to work and and the router was not part of their system but they helped me anyway

Unwired has saved my Berkeley Hills home from terrible cable internet! For more than a decade other companies have refused to extend their data lines and I have lived at 0.1mbs download speeds. No company could offer better because they all claimed that my house was just out of reach of their last node. Unwired solved that problem in less than a week, and even with their least expensive plan our internet speeds are amazing. They were very responsive to emails and calls, and their installation crew was incredibly kind and careful. They helped us set up the router (we purchased) and in less than three hours an age old obstacle to the internet had been removed. Thank you very much Unwired!

I have been a customer with Unwired for over 10 years and they have always been great! Customer service, sales and support are always responsive and personable. The WiFi service is very dependable too. I recommend them unreservedly! I am moving out of their service area and am so sad that I can't have Unwired as my provider down in southern California too.

This is the best internet provider company I have ever seen. Incredibly reliable, fast, always works (even during the PGE Planned Power Shutdowns), and a great price. Only bill that I don’t mind paying.

Moved into a new apartment and was very happy to find out that Unwired Ltd was available. Neil S. was my installation tech, he was very nice, super fast install and did a great job. Now I have very fast (and cheap) internet!

Amazing speed and connectivity. Had equipment go down in our building and a difficult experience with support on the phone. Got a call from the owner later and give them 5 stars for taking the time to care about their customers.

Victor Tam was mys installer for my new apartment. He was prompt, curtious, patient with me as I am older and was nervous. He walked me through everything three times to make sure I was comfortable before he left.

Just had my Wifi installed with Steve from Unwired Ltd. He was there early and finished quickly! He was very patience as I had to find the key to my apartment building wifi box, and he solved everything perfectly.
