Berkeley Toyota Service works like clockwork. This most recent visit I had serves as a good example. I called the night before, dropped it off first thing in the morning, received a call just as I was walking back a couple hours later. Smooth interaction. Great staff.

Never had a problem with Berkeley Toyota. apart from blockages CoB puts up Access is still convenient - Drive in walk home no problem. Early hours suit my schedule.

I’ve been going here for quite a while. Despite the fairly high prices, I get good service. I was pretty dismayed to see on a recent visit that they’ve added a 4% surcharge on all card transactions. For a major company like Toyota to charge such a high fee is ridiculous.

Always has a spot, quick turn around time, and great service. Although, this is expected from a Toyota Service Department, it should be said explicitly.

I always appreciate the courtesy and professionalism on display at the service department at Toyota of Berkeley. My car was checked in promptly and ready earlier than I had been advised it would be.

I was informed that my total front brake system had to be replaced. They even walked me over to see exactly what needs to be done. Once the car breaks system was opened. They gave me A loaner car until my car was ready. I was kept informed about delays of parts arriving .Overall services, a 5+ very professional.
