I came here for the first time after moving from SoCal and they were great. They cleaned my car so nicely!! I recommend them to everyone. Their maintenance service was also great, and they were very attentive, even with their shuttle service. I absolutely plan to come back!

Could not believe that a company of this size feels the need to add on over 3% if you pay w credit card. This is a new policy. Otherwise helpful service for Prius.

Went in for an oil change and smog check, was told it’d be about 2 hours, so I went to the nearby Target to wait. Was texted about an hour later with possible options of additional fixes. I called to inquire about pricing for the additional fixes but no one picked up. So I walked back and found only person was staffing the service area and was talking at length with the customer in front of me, very leisurely with no hustle to get to me. I asked if there weee others who can help he said no because it’s lunchtime. I ended up waiting over 2 hours in the end, then was informed there’s a 3.99% charge if using a credit card or debit card, unless I had cash or a check in me. Most people don’t have that, so essentially, I’m forced to pay that on top of the bad service. Will not repeat business here.

Went for Toyotacare oil change. All good. I chose to wait when I scheduled. Took 2.5 hrs. Can't complain. Unfortunately they closed the upstairs waiting area for some reasons.

There was a problem with some of the plastic undercarriage shielding on our Prius coming loose and dragging on the road. A technician examined this and determined that this part of the shielding was not essential and recommended it be removed, rather than spend $1000 for a new bumper and shield. Cost for the inspection and removal of the dragging part - no charge!

I was told Albany Toyota would have my car ready between 3 and 5. I called them at 445 to ask for a ride back to the shop. The phone representative told me the seevice rep was busy and would call me back shortly. She alao told me she would tell him I needed a shuttle ride back. I did not hear from service for an hour. He said he did not receive the message that I needed a shuttle and asked if I could wait until the next day to get my car. I am not used to poor service at Albany. I did not feel it was reasonable for me to insist on a ride that day as someone might have to work overtime when I could wait. That said, there was no attempt at service recovery. I told them since they had to keep my car they could replace two minor parts that were called out for replacement during the routine service. Three days later I received a coupon good for one month from their shop for a discount on the exact same parts. Disappointed in a number of ways. Have been a loyal customer there with many Toyotas for many years. This is the second negative experience this year.

The work I got done was good, but I’ll NEVER return as a customer. They charged me 4% to use my debit card. I had over $2000 worth of work done and it nearly cost me $100 to use my debit card. The owners are total GREEDY!

I came in to sell my Honda CRV after a salesperson (Doug) messaged me on Facebook. I already had offers for the car and made him confirm the offer he indicated was viable. I wasted four hours of my day and the dealership offered me 3.5k less than any other place. The person that appraised my car said he got in many people a week where this was the case. They engage in fraudulent and deceptive business practices. Do not bother bringing your car here.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They ended up messing up my alignment, and scratching my interior on my passenger side. And they removed all my manuals in my glove box from its case and never put it back. No respect or care and are incapable of doing a good job
