George was absolutely amazing! After my car was hit by a drunk driver, I had to scramble to get it fixed and he helped me navigate the whole process from getting pics for insurance to keeping me updated on the status of the work. The car came back looking good as new. Would definitely recommend this shop and George.

I had an excellent experience here - I expected it to take 3 weeks to get my bumper repaired, but the parts came in quickly so my car was only there for 2 days. They washed my car and detailed it, too. The estimates were accurate and the overall experience was great - car was ready before they said it would it be! I felt informed every step of the way.

They did a bad job painting my car about a year ago . It smeared both of the passenger windows on the back. It shows their sloppy work.

If I could give zero star, I would.Please always check their company reviews before you sign a business deal. That was my biggest mistake. I took my car after a minor accident. I was rear ended on my left side. It took them 48 days for my car to be completed after I signed the documents for the body parts to be ordered. They are so slow and careless. I had to email/ call them to ask for the update. They just blame on the current situation. They say they couldn’t get some of the body parts on time when they have too many 1 star review even from 8 years ago.

NOY is the BEST! Ask for Noy for the best customer service!! I was in 2 separate car accidents this past year and both times I took my car there for body damage and repair. Noy was attentive and answered any questions I had about the repair. The experience was seamless!! I work as a manager myself and providing great customer service is VERY important to me. She really took the stress off of me because I knew I was in great care. If I ever get into another car accident (hope not!) I'm taking my car there!

I would take my money "insurance or otherwise" and please go somewhere else. The most dishonest people, worst service and subpar work. Take your car somewhere else and take the positive reviews with a few grains of salt. Horrible people and the worst work you will get.

I don't understand the negative reviews cuz this place is awesome and Richard is the greatest. He's understanding, let me vent cuz some idiot hit my BRAND NEW BABY, and I was super frustrated, irritated and a little scared of what the outcome of my car was going to be especially with it have pearl white paint and being told that if I ever get into an accident my car won't look the same again. FALSE!! After to Richard and his team fixed my car AANNND my rim, I couldn't even tell that my baby had been in an accident. I was a little upset that they didn't replace my rim but in all honesty, the job they did was like magic lol Richard always kept in touch with me and even when I went to check my car out and was a little upset and skeptical of the outcome, he always made me feel positive and explained their policies in case the job they did, wears out or something goes wrong and most importantly, he always kept a smile, always stayed friendly, respectful and just made my frustrating incident, a more positive one. Now I did notice a little scratch that wasn't there before and will be taking it in so they can check it out and possibly fix it, but other than that they're pretty dam good.

Excellent paint job with a lifetime warranty, and that warranty is transferable to a new owner if the car is resold. Matched the existing metallic quality and color of the paint exactly. It is completely imperceptible that the car was repainted, completely seamless. They noticed rust at the hatchback hinge and repaired that, too.Service: Painting

Richard and the Toyota of Berkeley Certified Collision Center were SAVING GRACES to me when I needed to fix my front bumper of my 2020 Toyota Rav 4. This is my first car and I went to 5 different places to get a quote comparing prices. Toyota Certified Collision Center was the most economical with the nicest people -- so I had immediate trust in them. Richard specifically was so wonderful. He made it easy to make to a plan directed for me, worked with me to come to a price that felt right and was in touch with me the entire time the repairs were happening. Everything was done in less than a week. My car looks brand new and all of the work looks amazing. I feel so grateful to have found them and Richard. I can't recommend enough!!

Silly me! I had an unfortunate encounter with a bollard in a parking lot that crushed the door and much of the LH side on my 2003 Tacoma. Repair was amazing, restored to original condition. Downside is that it makes the rest of the truck look old and shabby. Thanks to the personnel, especially Noy.

My fairly new Tacoma was in a wreck and I wanted to be sure the repair was done with all OEM parts, so I had it towed here. It did take a while to get the parts in and complete the repairs (over a month), but the shop was busy and I believe them when they said part lead times were long. Paul seemed genuinely interested in making my experience as painless as possible and, most importantly, my truck looked like new when they wrapped. I would definitely come back.Services: Body & Trim

Do NOT bring your car here. I dropped my car here at in February and took nearly two months to complete repairs. It’s now May and it’s STILL not compeleted!! I understand the parts delays. But they don’t give any updates on when your parts have been received, or when they will be completed.They won’t even provide an estimated date when your service will be completed!Zero communication. Don’t expect them to call you back when they say they will. I was told by Terry that she would call me back with updates 3 times and she never called back once.When I finally got the car back they:1. drained my wiper fluid and never replaced it!2. I had an under body splash guard and they didn’t replace that either!!!This was an insurance claim how could they be so negligent???What other critical things they they forget to replace??Terrible service at Toyta Collsion. I went to Caliber Collision before and they were light years better.Service: Body & Trim
