“I bought a used Subaru WRX. It died the day I got it (sad). I had it towed to a repair shop to replace the obvious problem (a broken serpentine belt). They said that it was running rough (gross misfires on all cylinders) but couldn't figure it out. I had it towed to another garage. They couldn't figure it out. I had it towed to The Model Garage. They did figure it out: party of the broken serpentine belt got into the timing belt.
The Model Garage solved the problem and did so with good communication and reasonable (low even?) costs. I will return there the future.”
