I didn't have such a good experience today. I was greeted with "We're closed!" and this was 5:00 pm. I should have had an hour to shop. I asked if I could browse and offer to pay cash, since she had said she had already settled the register. My suggestion was not an option.

I've been looking for German Embossed Vintage Style Scrap Die Cut Relief's- for many years. I played with them as a child in Germany. It was such fun to find this small store packed full of treasures.They also have shipping available. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Great little store full of tid bits of yesteryear! Most things a bit pricy, but full of very unique and collectible items. Staff was very friendly. Will be coming back.

ANOTHER hidden secret, this is one is straight from New York. When I found out you relocated from the east coast to Berkeley, I squealed with delight! Your store is beautifully curated! It is a maximistas dream of color, texture, and sensory delight. You can’t leave this place disappointed or empty handed. One must purchase a lovely token in order to feel complete before leaving. I will return!

Do Not Shop Here.I really care about taking care of local merchants and supporting local merchants. Which is why I am heartbroken to say that shopping here is a terrible mistake! I spent almost $300 there recently and not all the items made it into the bag. The merchant and I played phone tag for 14 days which is okay, it is Covid and we are both busy after all. Mistakes happen. When I did connect up with a person things quickly became "unfriendly" I guess would be the best way to put it. In trying to match items to the receipt which was all we needed to do, I was told it was too late. I was "shamed" by the employee and then told I had waited too long--the owner was annoyed with me. This isn't a mistake I intentionally made and obviously I am not welcome or appreciated there in terms of spending money on their lovely items. It really is too bad as I am connected with many other fiber artists. The things they sell are lovely but you can find them elsewhere and online. If you care about "voting" with your dollar, do not shop here.
