Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got my camera sensors cleaned to remove a dirt spot. They had a quick turnaround time and did a fantastic job with my camera. I would definitely go back.

As an artist and photographer that is finally showing my work, I have a lot to learn and I was lucky t0 have chosen Rob to do my prints. There are so many considerations in printing; sizes, brightness, types of paper to name a few, and Rob has so much experience that he puts you at ease and guides those decisions. He's very technical and you'll gain a lot of knowledge which can be overwhelming at first, so take notes but you're in the hands of a pro - take advantage of the opportunity to listen and learn. His pricing was a bit more than I expected but absolutely worth the results.

Great business. I just got some film processing done here, C-41 and E6, some cross-processed film and some real black and white also. They were prompt to notify me when it was all done. They sleeved everything nice. Even sold me a loupe. My film was really old, I shouldn't have waited so long to process it, but I did have some keepers. I had a photo of Gus Van Sant directing "Milk" on Castro Street and some photos of 2 dead friends, so those images made me happy. I know my friend's family are gonna want to see these. I had some photos of my friend with no hands rolling joints and that series came out nice and sharp thank goodness. And I bought some b&w film also to shoot more. Life is good and so is this photolab. Believe me, I worked for I've done many weddings, have two photojournalism degrees, worked at Kodak Processing, Fuji Processing, Adobe Camera, Mission One Hour Photo, Action Shooters, Grad Trak Photography, Evans Photography, Price Club One Hour Photo and more.

The Lightroom and it's proprietor are the bomb! Bob has been in this business for nearly forty years while keeping right up with the latest technology the whole time (not an easy feat). My photography is represented around the world and I've been published by Geographic, Smithsonian, Audubon, etc., etc., and I trust the Lightroom and Bob with my best work. This is a "Custom" shop, deal with the owner, not an employee with no skin in the game. You won't be disappointed.

Rob Ritter is an amazing printer. I don't do prints much anymore; if I did, I would not print my work myself. I would take it here to get a perfect print. I use to have two Cibachrome (a process for printing slides) prints done a month. Rob was a master of this process. This paper and the chemicals to produce these truly amazing prints was discontinued almost 20 years ago. Rob now as all the latest papers, metals, and canvasses, you will really be able to see how much better his work is than what comes out of your printer at home. I have read he also works with artist to reproduce their work.

Rob, owner of the Lightroom, has been printing my photography for over ten years. His efficiency, professionalism and high quality make him the best high-end printer. And the cherry on top is he is fun and knowledgeable about a host of topics.

I've been working with Rob for around 30 years (anyone remember Cibachrome?). You don't get that kind of loyalty from me unless I'm getting top notch service. Rob is so knowledgable about all aspects of image making that he's a great resource. I learn something new almost every time I go in there! Once you get your computer calibrated to his system, you won't even need proofs. You'll know what you're going to get!
