We purchased a set of outdoor furniture from the Berkeley location and are very satisfied with the experience. We visited the showroom and were assisted by Bryan. He was very thorough in answering our questions and quickly followed up with a quote. We made some changes and each time Bryan very quickly provided answers and updated paperwork. The furniture was delivered early and we love it! I would definitely recommend the Berkeley location for a purchase with Terra and ask for Bryan.

Everything was great, but they force home delivery on you and you have to pay for it. I feel that they should be more transparent for that. We had a small item and we could have pack it in our. car

We were overwhelmed by all the information we were getting online about umbrella size and weight and size of the stand for our outdoor table. We went to Terra and talked to Paul Molina who told us what we needed to know, showed us how the umbrella worked and made some expert suggestions. We bought a beautiful Henna colored 9’ umbrella and a stand that would work and fit under our table.
We decided to wait until our table was painted and ready for the umbrella so they put a hold on delivery until then. A month later we called and made an easy appointment for delivery and within a couple of days Terra’s delivery company came and set it all up for us (we paid the white glove fee but it was modest and we needed the help). The whole operation—from sale to our back deck—went as smooth as silk. Moral of the story? Buying from a reputable local company with a knowledgeable salesperson is WAY easier than trying to buy online when you have real questions about a product. And the price was comparable to online prices. Terra on Eastshore Hwy in Berkeley is a good company with really helpful staff. Go there!

Went to Berkeley store to look for/buy outdoor furniture - Paul was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. Showroom had the pieces we wanted to see - beautifully made and it looks great. Everything was 5 star from sales to customer service to delivery.

Terra offers comfortable rope furniture which can't be repaired. For example, the Diablo Dining Side Chair is currently listed for $450. Before I bought a chair, I asked about repairing it. The rope they use is quite strong, but will eventually break, leaving the buyer with an aluminum frame but nothing to sit on. Once the 3 year warranty is up, you're on your own, according to Terra staff. Jessica Goins, the customer care manager said: "Our furniture manufacturer doesn't have available guidelines or recommendations on how to repair rope. Replacing the chair under warranty would be our resolution if a customer had a rope break. " Note that Jessica does not have a solution if the rope breaks after the end of the 3 year warranty.

I just got my absolutely gorgeous and sturdy amazing Tiburon sectional sofa with custom denim Aruba turquoise colored cushions & LOOOOOOOVE IT!!! So awesome. The delivery was prompt and friendly/accommodating and the store service is truly beyond. Yes, this is the most pricey outdoor furniture I've ever purchased and yes, as others suggested, I did hit the Labor Day sale supreme (just by chance/luck). If you want gorgeous, customized pieces with pampered attention and service, Terra Outdoor Living is your place. Thank you, Terra!

The quality of the staff exceeds the quality of the furniture -- both are outstanding! Terra Outdoor Living has well-constructed, beautifully designed furniture made of quality materials. I recently added a small patio. Brandon helped me try different options that would fit in a small space. He knows the stock well and came up with different ideas to try. The manager Paul was outstandingly helpful when I called later, as I'd forgotten I'd need an umbrella. I can't recommend Terra Outdoor Living in Berkeley enough.
