I do not live in the Bay Area anymore but every time I visit, I like to stop by this shop. I really love the things they have there and usually always buy something. However, I tried to stop by yesterday and the shop was closed. I came by this morning and the shop was still closed even though it opens at 10 am. I am now leaving town and have not gotten to purchase anything and I am very disappointed. I love this shop but please make sure your hours are updated or you open on time because I wasted quite a lot of time by trying to go there twice.

This store is an absolute gem. Located in a moderately sleepy corridor of Berkeley, Tenzing is the perfect spot for those unique gifts/souvenirs for friends and family. The owner Alejandro is a warm soul with a kind spirit. Small but delightful, this shop is something you should not miss!
