Destiny at Berkeley T-Mobile is super helpful! Destiny helps me sort out how to find my lost iPhone, how to get a new iPhone in a promotional plan, how to add more lines in the lowest budget...etc. I was very worried about lost my phone but Destiny is very professional and resolves my questions. Other staff at Berkeley T-Mobile are very cool too. Destiny's professionalism gets customers' trust and boosts T-Mobile's good image!

DO NOT ever go to this store!!! They lie to customers to get them to purchase plans and then charge excessive fees!!!I am completely frustrated with TMobile saying they cannot fix this situation which was clearly dishonest behavior just to get a sale!!!With that type of scarcity mindset the store will never thrive!! Treat people how you and your family want to be treated!!!The manager kept going back and forth with me saying we cannot make a change in the system!This is a very dishonest store and I'm telling you, you don't want to go there!!! Will definitely be going to another service provider if this is not fixed.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!

They gave me the wrong receipt and maybe drive back to pick up the correct one. They also wouldn't let me return equipment that I rented from and said I had to do everything over the phone which was a nightmare.

I'm not going to give any stars off of online agents that they Outsourced and how expensive stuff is(still worth it in the long run) I'm giving the stars to the stellar customer service we received. Matthew Smith mobile expert alright. He's calm, professional, explains everything, ( even though I had lack of sleep haha) and very knowledgeable on his products. Plus I had a disaster with an online order with their customer service representative. So go in stores people. MATTHEW and his other mobile experts will hook you up! Thank thank thank you Matthew I hope this review goes to cooperate.

Becareful and beware with this store. I came to return apple products and got a new Samsung phone, their was a agent name Miguel supposed to help me return iPhone with case and screen protector, but I found out after 2 week that he only returned the phone but not the case and screen protector. He told me that the case and screen protector may have lost in the store. For $70 He lie in front with his soul, this just unacceptable!It happened on November 8th 17:38pm and all the evidence was recorded on the cctv and they refused to show me the cctv.

So far I’m a big fan of T-Mobile service except for the agents that sell you on the product at these stores. They will tell you everything in the store is free, when it adds a monthly charge to your account of say $30 a month and then you pay it off after a year. It’s NOT free if my bill goes from $100 to $130 every month. And it’s NOT free because that means I’m paying $360 for that addition. That’s NOT free. And it’s not just this location apparently but multiple locations that claim their add ons are free. You CANNOT tell people it’s free when it literally isn’t. What’s wrong with you people.

Matt and Ivan helped me with my iPhone 14. I was locked out of it. They were amazing to work with and help resolve my issue. These guys are the best after being me being at another T Mobile store that didn't help that much. Thank you guys.

I needed help transferring everything on my old phone to a new one as I am somewhat technologically-challenged. Luckily, Destiny helped me and while the actual transfer only took about 1/2 hour, there was a glitch and she patiently worked through it, even calling T-Mobile experts. So I ended up taking well over an hour of her time during which she was completely focused on this task. Other customers came in and she did not try to work others in while helping me. I also purchased a case holder, protective screen and one of those knobs for holding the phone but she had to try a number of case holders until she found one that fit my phone correctly, and then the knob part was a problem too. She's very sociable and very nice besides being really good at her job. Give that woman a raise!!!!!

I came to a realization T Mobile is my carrier. Guys it’s unstoppable and stands out from the others. It’s just a matter of time before other carriers let you down and T Mobile has been amazing to get me into the news and finished with school! T Mobile is me it’s my IPhone 13 Pro Max with 256 memory and key black Apple Nike watch and IPad Pro with 12.9 screen it’s perfect for everything! T Mobile is one of my favorites and offers me very expensive equipment and so like me in the details! Something special about T Mobile how important to be assertive and honest!

I have left a few reviews of this location, but they have disappeared. You can speculate why. I have been left hanging by unhelpful, unfriendly, and uncooperative associates who don't care about you, and are only interested in collecting a paycheck, and sometimes, it seems like they don't even care about that. It's almost as if T-mobile sends their worst people here as a punishment for them, and for the customers. If you ever need to come here, ask only for Destiny, who is completely knowledgeable and helpful, and the manager Erick, who is by far the best manager this location has ever had. They are the only reason for any stars. If neither of them are there, save yourself the aggravation.

DO NOT ever go to this store!!! They lie to customers to get them to purchase plans and then charge excessive fees!!!I went to this store in distress because my phone broke and I needed to purchase a new phone. They gave me a promotional offer for a $60 phone so I took it. I had the choice of one phone being free or $60 so I took the $60 phone. Per them there would be NO other additional monthly fees and because of the promotion I paid the full price for the phone.I specifically asked again if there would there be any extra charges beside the $9 insurance per month. They said NO, "you got a promotional deal and you are paying for the phone right now so no additional fees per month for the phone."Two months later saw charges on my account for the a monthly fee! WTH! This store specifically lies to it's customers and now when I'm asking about removing the fee they refused to do so. Saying there is nothing they can do. THIS IS OUT RIGHT Outrageous. Telling me there is nothing they can do because the promotional deal meant I needed to trade in my phone. NO one communicated that or else I would have made a different choice or just traded in my phone.You don't tell a loyal customer one thing and dishonor what is said after. That is not good customer service!!!! Tell people the truth so they can make the best decision for their situation.I am completely frustrated with TMobile saying they cannot fix this situation which was clearly dishonest behavior just to get a sale!!!With that type of scarcity mindset the store will never thrive!! Treat people how you and your family want to be treated!!!The manager Eric kept going back and forth with me saying we cannot make a change in the system! I don't want any credits, I just need the monthly charges removed like it was supposed to be and the amount of the bill I budgeted for. How can you not make a change that you all made an error to!!! That does not make any sense and is very dishonest. I don't believe that cannot be made. Systems are built by people!!! Just as it was falsely put there it can be removed.This is a very dishonest store and I'm telling you, you don't want to go there!!! Will definitely be going to another service provider if this is not fixed.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!

It was destiny. One December evening and again the next day, a lovely T-Mobile Berkeley employee named Destiny patiently helped us through the process of porting our whole family (each line with a different situation/device) from Verizon and didn't sell or oversell -- Destiny did what was needed and then some, setting our phones the right way and giving us the best price for an amazing deal. She works for T-Mobile, but we felt we had an advocate, which says a lot. Give this gal a raise :)
