Based on the positive reviews, I was excited to rent from Studio B. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone though, despite my attempts. I called several times during their hours, and Google said they were open, but no one picked up. I then drove to their location only to find that the buzzer was stuck on "busy" for 20 minutes. During that time, I called the given phone number over 20 times and no one ever picked up.

I've rented from Studio B on several occasions, and they continue to be my first choice. The rental process is easy and streamlined, the prices are great, their offices have friendly hours, and the folks who work there are knowledgable, fun and always a pleasure to talk to. Can't recommend Studio B enough!

I've rented from them about 5-6 times and they are wonderful. The team is super responsible so in case I am running late for drop off, I'll know if they will be there. They're friendly and inviting. I feel like I'm always renting from them in an emergency and they have put me at ease.

Peter and Kelsey were great! We were shooting a music video for our band, I'm a bit of a novice and they guided me to the right gear, Super friendly, great service. Highly recommend. We'll be using them again.

I've rented from Studio B Films numerous times and there is a reason why they are my go-to rental house for professional video equipment - they never disappoint! Their gear has always been clean and in the best working condition possible. Peter, the equipment manager, is courteous, knowledgeable, and has always provided me with excellent customer service. I would definitely give Studio B Rentals a call if you are in need of renting gear for your next gig.

I've used StudioB for two different comedy video projects for my tech company. Both times, the experience was about as positive as I could have imagined it. The team there is extremely professional, and what they can bring to the table in particular is marrying [great video shooting / production talent] + [great writing and comedy]. There are many studios out there that can shoot a professional video for you, but not many have the creative chops to pull off something truly unique and creative. Additionally, from the business POV, I've found them to be very honest and straightforward to work with. In both projects we agreed on a price up-front for the scope of the work, and were very flexible to suggest ideas and alternatives within my budget. In both cases they shot and delivered on-time to a very aggressive timeline, and there were no budget surprises. Great creative team + a very professional business.

We used Studio b for a corporate video series. We had never used them before and simply liked their website. They were professional, flexible, diligent, good collaborators, responsive and very good listeners. They have a well balanced staff and a great team of editors. They provide the whole package and then some. Their offices in Berkeley are convenient and accessible, and always welcoming. Our end products were on target and received high praise from our clients. They were a joy to work with.
