I broke the glass on a small framed picture. It took them 15 minutes to replace the glass, and that was it. No fuss, no bother. That's what I like.

I can't say enough good things about Sticks. I have been using their framing services for about 20 years and everything is high quality, lasting, and lovely. I have found their prices to be lower than other framing shops as well - especially if you use one of their pre-made frames. These frames can cost the same as discount stores but are much better quality. They also give really excellent advice on frame and mat choices. I had them frame a photo of my mom after she passed away and it is just beautiful. I highly recommend them.

My son visited Myanmar this year and brought back a painted wall hanging/textile from Myanmar. (His in-laws live there). I offered to find a place to get it framed. Upon my friend's (Toni M), suggestion, I went to Sticks on Solano Ave. The gentleman who assisted me was very nice and helpful. He picked out several different mats and frames for me to choose from. I decided to get museum glass to prevent reflection and fading of the textile. It usually takes about 3 weeks for them to finish the framing, but I got it back in 2. My son and his wife were very pleased with the completed project. I did find non-metered parking in front of their shop but I arrived around 15 min after they opened at 11 am. I would definitely consider using Sticks again.

I have been bringing my photos and artwork to Sticks for 16+ years now!! Always amazing work and quick turnaround time if you need it! Recently I purchased a vintage French taxidermy butterfly frame and when it was delivered to me there were a few butterflies that completely fell apart. Sticks was able to help me replace the butterflies from their own collection, and also helped me fix the frame itself! Good as new and now my best friend can finally enjoy her birthday gift!! Thank you for the great quick work!

As predicted, I have returned to Sticks multiple times for framing. I have lost track of how many times. I have brought countless prints in for mats and frames. They have replaced frames that were broken. Pieces of art that were lost in the garage and then unearthed have been matted and framed, most recently a Norman Rockwell print that we bought at the Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge MA in 2002 and rediscovered in the garage a few weeks ago. When Alan moved to The Point he took favorite pieces of art and we framed other works that had been stored away and forgotten to decorate his walls. I have had other things framed to fill the empty spaces on the walls here at home. Everything that Sticks has framed for us has looked terrific and we have been very pleased. Both Myong and Randy have been helpful and collaborative consultants. During the pandemic they have been so busy that they have cut back on their hours so they have more production time. They are now open Wednesday through Saturday from 11-5.

Professional framing. Large assortment of frames, and the staff have a great eye for what will work. Expensive, but I've never been disappointed.

I brought in two prints of my own to be framed. They were very patient and helpful in choosing the best matting and frames for each one. A bit on the pricey side, but hopefully when I pick the finished products up in two weeks I will feel it was well worth it...stay tuned!
