“Eric was so helpful today!! I needed 250 postcards printed and the digital files were in the wrong format (my fault!) Instead of printing them off and having the images look un-ideal, Eric was nice enough to call me and help me figure out how to fix it over the phone. He still was able to get my order completed the same day, which was really important to me, and he even called me to let me know they were ready. Eric really went above and beyond! “Thank you to Perla who stayed late and worked through Fedex's frustrating system to help me get a package shipped. It was an international shipment, the price was ridiculously high, and the system was making her start all over with all the data entry when the shipping label failed to print properly.
