These guys are great. I was going back and forth with my landlord about my sign half a dozen times and they were very patient and kept on making the changes without complaining. I highly recommend this sign company. Thanks Dennis and Thomas.

Kevin & his staff did a beautiful job of rehabbing my a-frame signs, with new graphics which turned out to be a great way for me to both save money and reduce landfill! The real magic is that the old graphic was dark green and the new one's white, but you'd never know my signs were not white to begin with- the quality & workmanship are that good. I highly recommend SigncoUsa!

I love my signs! I called 4 other sign companies that had great reviews on Yelp before coming here. They didn't return my calls or emails. One said to call back in a month to see if he was less busy. One gave me a quote for almost $600 and said it would be more if color matching took longer than expected. That didn't sound good. Everyone I asked for a referral said, "Oh, I don't like my guy - it was a disaster." I walked in to SignCo one day after driving by. Melina was at the front desk and very friendly. Dennis, the manager was super helpful. He was upfront about all of the charges, and helped me figure out a way to keep my costs down and still get 2 beautiful signs. They ended up costing $100 for both, and he was able to color match exactly. It took them just a few days, ultimately ready before they said they would be. I don't know what's going on with sign companies out there, but SignCo has earned a loyal customer. I will only go back to them.

The first time I called in I did get a warm greeting and a quick quote for getting window decals put on the back window of my car for my business. After the initial call and email correspondence with Melina (which happened the same day), I was told to email in a PDF of my business logo to see if it was the proper size for blowing up and putting on my car window. I had to contact the artist who made my logo to get the PDF, and within two days I emailed the PDF back to Melina and hoped for a quick response that day in order to get the process going. I did not hear back from her for two days. So I called SignCo to let them know I had not heard back from her on the logo size, and did not know what happened to her. At this point I was speaking with Dennis who kindly said he could help, he told me to email him, and then he would know within the hour if the PDF was the right size. After emailing Dennis, he confirmed he got the email, said it would be about an hour before emailing me back. It has been three days and I still have not heard back from them. Sorry, this is just poor customer service. I am taking my business elsewhere.

If you want bad customer service and to be ignored, come here! I walked into this place on a Monday afternoon to have some flyers and stickers made, big order. I am the only one in the shop and go up the receptionist. i tell her I am interested in getting a quote and she replied to me "I have to go," they yells in the back for someone to "take care of me." ...its gets worse. Then a manager by the name of Dennis comes to help me and answer some question. Very helpful guy and I felt very optimistic about going with this company. We agree that I should send an email with more details about my order. Within one hour I send an email with all the details to get my quote. Two days pass before I hear a reply so I call and ask to speak with Dennis and was informed he just stepped out. I left a voice mail. Well its friday afternoon and I have no replies or acknowledgements of my quote. Keep in mind this is a simple quote. So since I've gotten no where, I have decided to go with another company. SignCo really dropped the ball or blew it with this one. 4 days without a reply is just poor customer service. A simple return phone call would have avoided this review!

My company uses SignCo USA frequently. The shop is open until 5:30pm on weekdays, this is helpful. Turnaround on printing jobs is reasonable and work is as expected from a pro sign shop. There are a number of sign company and printing shops in the area but have found SignCo USA to exceed my expectations in comparison. On the times the staff has made errors, they've responded fairly and punctually. Prices are competitive.

My company has used SignCo USA a couple of times on some random past projects. One was for a sign in our front office area. Another was for some window decals I believe. Their prices are reasonable. They are prompt and professional. Great company to use. Thumbs up!

Found this company by just driving down University. I had to replace a window graphic at my restaurant as it had began peeling after 4 months. Asked Dennis if he could assure me that they could install a graphic that would not peel. He made the promise and now 4 months later it looks like the first day! Sign co was esay to use and their staff were all professional and completed the job on time. I will definitely use them again.

I needed a sign for the back window of my car. Sign Company USA was really easy to work with. They sent a proof via email and had the sign done a few days later. It took about 10 minutes for them to install... It looks awesome! Great prices too... I received a "help my computer just died" call on my way home because of the large easy to read sign. The guy was three cars back!!! The sign already paid for it's self in less then two hours...
