I worked here for awhile and let me tell you I was pulling expired stuff from the shelves from up to 2-3 years ago, customers would bring expired drinks not knowing they were expired to the register, mold was being grown in the half/half coffee creamers, the fountains aren’t clean and they do not care about their employees only if you are there to do the job. You are just a body if you choose to work here. They only care about the store and not your safety get. Our while you can! Nothi my but old expired stuff in the pics and this is just one batch of it.

This Shell station was again a convenient fueling stop in preparation for driving back to Nevada after an early afternoon dental appointment. I had my handy Shell Fuel Saver Card which gave me a modest price break. And as "urban" as Berkeley can be in spots, the overall station appearance was clean and modern. I also went inside and found station staff to be attentive and professional. The key downside was the bathroom. I appreciated the security in that there were 2 doors to unlock (with the provided key). But despite this station's best efforts to protect their "exterior" restroom from being a community toilet, I was surprised that washing my hands after was not possible as the entire faucet assembly had been trashed. This was one of those time when a supply of hand sanitizer in the car was handy.

I normally dont like to write reviewsBut This gas station has slowest and the rudest employs in berkeley like they handpick all the rude and unprofessionell people to work for them. I will never use this places again.

Dwayne ( Duane) is the rudest employee I've ever encountered. Went in on (9-1-22 around noon) and he is screaming at a customer just trying to get gas. I don't see this as customer service, management should really consider getting rid of this guy.

This gas station is a joke. They routinely have their hydrogen fuel off-line for days on end. They cannot be hassled to do their jobs, and keep their fuel station running. Shame on multi-billion dollar record profit making Shell Gas. Zero stars.

The cashier was not even keeping his mask on in the store and was asking everyone to wear a mask or he would not serve anyone.... Cashier was super rude. In less than 30minutes he was able to pissed of 3 customers like me just by being rude and not wanting to wear his mask properly. I have everything on tape. I had the worst experience in a gas station in my life. This person was rude and verbally aggressive. Please avoid this place we have some very good gas stations in berkeley with a real customer service.
