I had a great store pick-up experience with Annie/Allie (Cashier 135311, she also had glasses on, if this can help the store identify the right associate to give full credit to). She was so friendly and enthusiastic; she even gave me a couple of Tatcha moisturizer sample jars to bring home. I'll be back just because of her customer service!

This is my favorite Sephora in the Bay Area. It's not one of those stores where they only help "some people". The staff is always asking if you need assistance, they are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

The door handle almost fell off as I walked in the store ... not a good sign. There are probably 10 employees on the sales floor and ONE at the register? It took me 5 minutes to find the products I wanted and then 10-15 to check out?! It's always this way, never enough people at the registers and none of the employees seemed concerned about it.

I had a great experience with a Store Member named Allie today. I'd been looking for a red lipstick but had been striking out on my own. I was approached and I mentioned this to Allie and not only did they help me find my red (I wore it out the same night I bought it) but they went around the store with me, helping me try different options before directing me to the one. I so appreciate the product & application knowledge they shared and how kind and quick-thinking they were. Allie went above-and-beyond. Thank you.

Oof their AC went down and with it all sense of employee kindness. Had just gone in to try some foundation colors very quickly. And an employee aggressively told me that I needed to get in line. ? never have been spoken to like that by a store employee. It was 7 min before closing. I understand it must have been stressful but it was not a war zone or chaotic, very few people in the store. I saw other employees helping someone.

Hot and cold. Parking is bad if its busy most staff is good but we did get a wrong item and the checker was a lil rude when my gf asked for the cologne she was gonna surprise me with aside. The exchange was fast and easy tho did have to wait in line at all.
