Sam and his team helped us buy our home with a competitive rate and an impressively fast timeline to be ready to close. They were responsive, helped us understand our options and what we could afford to borrow, and got us a fully-underwritten pre-approval, which gave us the confidence to offer the seller that we'd close in just 15 days. (Our mortgage was actually ready to close in just 11 days). As first-time homebuyers, we're glad that we had their guidance, and we're thankful that their quick turnaround helped us get our offer accepted.
