Saw your delivery person stack dairy products on the filthy ground . Breaks every health code I was ever taught. Wish I could give 0 stars. When confronted he said that's the way we do it. And dismissed my concern.

Decent shopping. The Dixon store was out of any pre-made sandwiches Saturday night. Had been my go to store for lunches and dinners when skiing Tahoe.
And with GasBuddy it is now easier to find cheaper gas further up on I80, since no longer stopping to shop there.
Too bad. It was a nice one-stop.

I rate the deli and the overall upkeep of the store. It would be nice if they could run two lanes for checkout and keep the baskets available at the entry.

They keep their water directly under the heaters that they run all day. So you can either have Luke warm water, or cold refrigerated water.
I wouldn’t want my plastic water bottles being constantly heated prior to buying them. That’s disgusting.

Placed a bakery order for a full white sheet cake for pick up on the afternoon of Friday 3/15. Asked for "Congratulations" to be written on the cake in light blue frosting, for a celebration later in the day. While the cake itself was good, I do not recommend using this bakery for any custom cake decorating, as even a simple phrase was difficult for them to complete. I've never had a Safeway bakery decorate a sheet cake this way and I'm perplexed as to why they thought this quality was okay to send out the door with the pick up person. (Would any of the bakery or store employees want this for their own celebratory cake?)

Employee at the Customer Service Desk is extremely courteous, helpful and kind. Pharmacy staff are equally helpful. Store selection and prices are excellent.

This is a terribly unfriendly store. They allow crazy long lines, have terrible produce; the store is an unhappy mess.

I don't know why the ladies that work at the deli are so unhappy and unfriendly. And they are extremely slow. I waited in line behind two people for 35 min. Everytime I go there if there's a few people in line it seems to take a very long time . You would think management would notice as well. But I think what gets me the most is how unfriendly they are. I don't need them to be happy to see me. But I don't want to feel uncomfortable ordering from them like I'm putting them out. I have to go to them. It's set up that way. I have no choice. If you don't like people you shouldn't work with customers. Kindness goes a long way.

had to come back twice because the dumb bagger forgot to put not 1 item but 2 items in my bag. inexcusable was beyond frustrated and they don't seem to give a rats ass that you have to take time to come back not once but twice. hire people who know what they're doing.

My only complaint is the same as every other store that I enter... Upon entering the building, I was shadowed by a pair of security guards. One was obviously a security guard. The other one must have thought that no one would notice his walkie talkie and handcuffs. Simply because of my appearance.

Please hire people who understand the English language and know what they are doing. Ordering simple things should not be so challenging.
