Wanted to love this place but they completely bungled an attempt to ship internationally. Still useful for UPS dropoff, but I wouldn’t ask them to do much more than that.

The owner is kind and offers amazing customer service! It is so nice having a shipping center for UPS, USPS, and Fed ex all in one spot. The prices are great too. Definitely recommend coming here!

It's delightful for those of us working from home to have a mailing/shipping location right here in our neighborhood, and Ahmed and his employees are careful in making sure packages are handled well, through all carriers. He always follows up with me by phone for any issues and remembers my name. South Berkeley, use this business so we keep it around!

They make mailing easy and convenient. It hasn't been very busy whenever I've gone, so it's easy to get things out quickly. Lots of mailing supplies, so when I brought in an oddly shaped item they had just the box to mail it in.

They don't do "happy returns," a third party return service that normally regularly does it through fedex. do not come here waste of time, go to another FedEx
