Rugmasters came to Oakland to pick up and deliver my rugs. They did a great job on my two rugs. I also needed to replace my rug pads and they offered a high quality pad with low toxicity, which really matters to me. I would recommend them to anyone looking to refresh their rugs by reliable professionals.

Jay and Rug Masters were incredible! They came and picked up my rugs from the Peninsula, cleaned them to perfection and then delivered them back to my house. They even helped me move my furniture back and get everything just right. My rugs look great- like new again! I highly recommend Jay and Rug Masters!

Rug Masters did a wonderful job of cleaning my rug that had an assortment of pet stains and scents for a very reasonable price. They have amazing service, and we're very gracious about the fact that I left my rug there about 3 months longer than I should have. Overall a wonderful experience and I will definitely be using them again.

My mom found Rug Masters a couple of years ago and they cleaned and repaired several of her vintage and wool rugs and she was thrilled with their work and recommended them to me. They have now cleaned nearly every rug in my house including a 1930’s wool/silk oriental and they also cut down and repaired an oversized Persian carpet to fit a room. They did such a great job piecing together the cut border to match the pattern - amazing. They are very responsive from a customer service perspective and their team is just generally a pleasure to work with and highly knowledgeable about different rug origins, the fiber mixes and how best to treat and clean. I highly recommend!

Rug Masters did an excellent job of cleaning and drying our oriental rug which had been in a flooded basement. Not only that, in the process we learned a lot about the origin and age of this rug that has been in the family for generations. I recommend them highly.

A+ experience with Rug Master. I had 2 neglected antique carpets from my grandmother that needed cleaning and extensive repair. I also included my kitchen rug for cleaning. Jay and team did an amazing job. He send videos of the repairs that I am sharing with my cousins. The quality of the work and warm professionalism are very much appreciated.

A few months ago I ran into a situation where I needed a damaged rug repaired quickly. I called Rug Masters in the morning and spoke to a very nice gentleman who had me text him a picture of the damage. After viewing the picture he called me right back and assured me he could repair it in 30 minutes for a reasonable price. I brought the rug in and he did exactly what he promised - repaired it and it looked like new. You couldn't even tell it had been damaged! I was very impressed! And they completed the job in about 30 minutes and for exactly the price I was quoted. The guys at the shop were so kind and friendly, I could tell they are genuine craftsmen who respect the art and believe in doing a job well, no matter how small! I was very satisfied with how the repair turned out and extremely grateful to them for being able to do it the same day.
It is very rare to find a business like this that can provide extremely high-quality, same-day service with a friendly smile. I will not hesitate to visit this location again. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Excellent cleaning service! They were able to clean dog vomit and spicy Korean banchan food that spilled all over our Turkish rug.

Rug masters did an amazing job. We had a white wool rug that an entire cup of coffee got spilled on it. They were able to completely remove the stain and restore it to like new.
