My first time dealing with a problem concerning my hot water heater. Looked online and decided to call Reliable. I was told that it's $99.99 for the estimate, if Repairs or Replacement is needed that money would go towards that. So a man comes the next day, seemed nice enough but his accent was so heavy I became very concerned, I expressed that and said I was uncomfortable to continue. He seemed to ignore me or just dismiss what I said. He did manage to take my payment and said the tank has a leak and is under warranty, then he left. The way I felt reflecting on that visit, highway robbery, he got paid for doing nothing. The warranty company has asked that he call and just give a verbal description of what he saw. I've called 3 times, they've told me that they sent him the message!. So he hit and ran with no integrity ! I wouldn't trust them!

Very nice store. Kind of hard to find parking. They have a little bit of everything for your appliance needs. The only problem is the place is criminally overpriced. I mean they charge you for convenience... If you need repair parts today you pay their price. Have time? go to Amazon and save a lot of money.

this guys are very helpful , I been working with them for years and usually no issues , I get all my parts correctly and prompt no problem love their attitude and always want to help ! just want to let everyone know that this guys are professionals and great people !

Once "Mike" realized didnt have the part for me, he recommended another part; I asked a couple of questions but i could tell he had little patience. Rather than saying he needed to go or have any sense of consideration... he just hung up on me mid-sentence. Just abruptly. I appreciate his suggestion, but, seriously what kind of person just hangs up on a whim? The conversation was less than 4 minutes.

Dryer belt snapped and I was referred there by ace hardware.Went in, right when I told them the brand, before i could even finish my sentence replied, "don't have it, never heard of it, did you check online?."I did check online, but thought maybe shopping local was the best avenue.I know for a fact they had the part as its probably a standard belt used in dozens of other "big brand" models. Just too lazy to help a customer.

We waited a very very long time for the parts to come in on our viking oven, spent clost to $1,000 the fix our unit and it still does not work at all! We are obviously super disappointed.
