I have been coming to Radbird for several years. I can always find stylish designer pieces although they tend to be on the pricier side of preowned clothing. Their prices seem to always land somewhere between $200-$400. The fine jewelry collection is gorgeous. The ladies who work there are always kind but the fitting rooms could use some full length mirrors.

This might be my favorite higher end consignment shop I've been to compared to others I've visited in larger cities in CA. I walked right in and didn't need an appointment. I enjoyed browsing at my own pace and no one was pushy at all, which is my preference. Lots of beautiful higher end clothing in unique/interesting cuts and materials. I enjoyed looking at everything and I managed to walk away with a nice purchase. Prices are on the high side. Some more popular designers I saw were dresses and pieces by Dolce and Gabbana, Burberry, and Miu Miu. I spent more time looking at clothing than accessories but I recommend checking this location. They have only women's clothing here.

Radbird is a wonderful consignment shop with a lovely owner and staff. The selection of clothing is extremely well-curated - quality, well-made, unique, interesting designers, a good mix of high-end and affordable, but always special. It is my go-to store to find something new and stunning. I shop mostly at the Berkeley location which is right across the street from the Claremont and down the street from PEET's, but the Oakland store on Grand is also a must visit for quality, current consignment.

I am a regular customer of Radbird both and a consignor and buyer. I can't say enough about the amazing curation of this store and the transparency of their consigning system. I looove consignment shopping and often consign my clothes and jewelry... This is the first place that i feel totally confident that the consignment process is honest and above board. Also amazing collection of preloves fashion!!!

I stopped at this store once before and had a good impression back then. It has a good selection of pre-owned designer brand clothes/shoes/bags, although I didn't find anything to my likings. However, yesterday, the service I experienced was nonexisting. I was not greeted or helped by anyone when I was browsing, and throughout the whole time, the sales staff was helping with the only other customer in the store without even acknowledging my presence. Although I do understand that she is in the middle of helping another customer, I would appreciate if she had at least take the time to say hello. I really wanted to purchase a beautiful blue jacket/cardigan but ended up not buying because I was a little frustrated with the service. Nonetheless, I saw some good stuff there and the pricing point is moderate as compared to other consignment retailers.
