I know this place has a lot of bad reviews, but I just had a really great experience here (Monday morning). The two women who were working were very friendly and efficient, did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable and getting it done quickly and correctly. I don't know what their names are but one said she had just transferred from the Concord branch. I did a walk-in and only had to wait maybe 20min. It's understandable that people would be frustrated sometimes because it's such a busy location... but the staff today were working really hard and just doing the best they could given the large volume of customers they have to help in a day.

This place is eun awfully. Qaits are extremely long, hours. They don't provide an estimate. They had only one person drawing blood with a crowd waiting.

This place is an absolute joke, doctor confirmed they had sent in my test order so I called this place to confirm. No answer, not even an option to speak to a real person. So I come in in person, they tell me they have no record of my test order. Go back to doctors office, they confirm they've sent it in, give me a print out. Come back to quest with printout, ask how much it's gonna be with my insurance. They say they can't tell me cause I'm not in their system ask if they can put me in the system. No they can't, only can if doctor sends order. Go back to doctor, ask them to resend order. Go back to quest, they tell me they have no record of an order now or before, ask if they can speak with my doctors office on the phone to coordinate order, no they can't (pretty sure the woman at the front desk just didn't want to)I'm giving up on health insurance altogether, if this is what 500 dollars a month gets me then I'll just risk getting sick

Agree with reports of rudeness. Came early, asked young woman at desk if my lab order was in system. She said she couldn't help me til my name was called. It was called. No order in system. So, I had to reschedule. Wasted time. And it was not crowded.

It's almost as if it wasn't a lab at all...some kind of sick joke. I waited a half hour for them to tell me they didn't have the request from my doctor...then once I got it in, I waited another 40 minutes and there wasn't anyone there. I tried to ask them how much longer it might be, because I had to go back to work...they ignored me completely. I left without getting the simplest of work done... taking a few vials of blood. Companies like this shouldn't be in business.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff was downright rude, they rejected service within published opening hours. I explained I drove for a while to get there but they acted like robots (poorly programmed ones). Untrained, rude staff. Just search how many of their reviews mention rude staff or customer service. Go somewhere else for your labs, Quest is obviously part of the corrupt money-making US "healthcare" machine and IMO it seems to hire untrained staff for low wages. How can we possibly trust lab results from this shady place?

Absolutely terrible. I ask my doctor and quest via phone call if it is okay to come in whenever I want because my labs got processed, when I arrive they say service is unavailable. Americas healthcare system is corrupt garbage and they are apart of the issue. Stay AWAY from this place if you want service.

What happened to Quest keeping on time appointments. What's the point of having appointment if quest can't keep there end??In the middle of the day people have jobs to go back to.

HORRIBLE experience every time I go here. Expect a 1.5-2.5 hour wait after your appointment time. Every time I've been here, they've had one employee who is incompetent beyond all comprehension. They kept interrupting me and did not let me explain my unique situation. You're better off dying from whatever issue it is that brings you to quest than going through the process at this quest

the staff are nice but are clearly under staffed.. walk ins are impossible and even with an appointment i waited an hour !! Quest is a giant corporation that pays low wages and under staffs their centers. it needs to be held accountable and not blame the poor women who do all the work for them

I was told my test results would be ready the same day, it’s been almost a week and nobody from their team can give me any answers. They keep telling me to call another number, they don’t pick up. I am in a very difficult and stressful situation and due to my health issues like many others who are dealing with quest, and need answers. I had to call the quest diagnostics service number on their website because the number they have for the Berkeley location will NOT be able to connect you to a human. They will say press six for additional help to speak to someone then will hang up. Their automated system is not helpful, and most of the staff are unprofessional. It’s sad that the medical field has gotten so bad.

I had a very positive experience! I made my appointment online. Arrived, checked in, and was called within 10mins. The nurse, Phan, was very nice and did the process really quick. I was in and out super fast!

2nd time trying to get a blood test and they are an hour behind..but not one client had left in last 30 minutes so has to be longer at this point.Never again, will go to LabCorp from now on!

Do you like having your time wasted?Do you like waiting around for long periods of time even though you have an appointment?Do you like it when the people working in customer service don't prioritize the customer or their service?Do you like spending money for a parking garage and the company that you're there for doesn't validate?If you're like me and the answer is NO to all these things, then consider somewhere else. This place ain't it.
