Jordan helped me with the repairs for my car. He actually took the time to explain the issues, and the process of how they would get everything done. The job was finished in a timely manner which was deeply appreciated.

These guys are absolutely great. They removed a several paint transfers and helped me make the right decision, for me, about what to do about some small dents. I was ok leaving the small dents, and the owner Dave did not try to upsell me at all. Totally on the level and great guy to work with. They took one day to confirm parts availability and then did the work the next day, on the day I asked for. Made everything super easy for me. Gave me solid ballpark estimate of cost, and then the total bill came in well below what I was expecting. There was one snafu where Subaru delivered them the wrong part. They communicated with me about it right away, absorbed the cost of the hassle without charging me, and still hit their time estimate. At the end, I showed them one missed part on my Subaru that has been annoying me, and they were like, "Oh yeah, I'll get that for you and give you a call. Easy fix." Can't recommend too highly. Customer experience was ideal in every way. I will be back to Panel Craft.

I've had three cars repaired by Panel Craft and Berkeley . They did an excellent job on all my cars. I have good insurance but overall they just did a fantastic job on my cars and the best part of it is that I didn't have to wait took them all of three or four days to fix my my cars when was the Mercedes and the other one was a 22 charger and the other one was a dodge ram I am so satisfied and Jordan was extra nice

Really good quality work. My door was trashed and the replacement looks perfect. They were good to work with. Nice guys. Called to keep me up to date, did what they said when they said they'd do it. The only downside was that there was a really long wait to get on the schedule, and then I had to call to remind them. But I'd happily go there again.

First of all, customer service is impeccable. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They get busy but will always have your vehicle coming out right. Stop looking for a shop and go and call THIS ONE....you won't be disappointed!!

Had some damage to my fender and wheel guard, they quickly fixed it up and were incredibly transparent about the process and price. Very kind folks and reasonable pricing as well. Would definitely recommend!

Everything you want in a repair shop. The experience was incredible, I feel terrible that my car was in a crash; however, Panel Craft did me better than any body shop ever has. Many thanks and I can highly recommend this establishment.
