Came at 6:58pm on Wednesday and the store was already closed with the door locked. Staff refused to stay open until 7pm.

They are way better than Home Depot, and there have an invaluable selection of things not carried by their competitors. The store is always super clear. The staff are very helpful.

Went in to get screen doors repaired. Kyle who staffs the “work bench” was super helpful and fixed the two screens while I waited.

Relaxing shopping experience for house and garden. They have everything that I need and some extra stuff too. Great section for hardware and decorative flags.

Unexpectedly broad inventory of products and great selection within categories they carry. They have everything a handyman needs at a competitive price with far less chaos than lowes/home depot.

Great variety of items. Really clean store. Friendly and helpful staff. Not enough staff to cover the store!I like this store more than Ace. However, Ace Pinole is my favorite store. If price is your only concern, then Lowes or the orange people is the best choice. If you need help go see OSH!

Very reminiscent of gone but not forgotten Orchard Supply Hardware. Store is huge, spacious, neat and well organized. Very extensive inventory of the brands of tools & parts they've chosen to stock such as drill bits, saw blades, paint. No more waiting days for Amazon to deliver that drill bit or widget you need to finish the project this weekend (assuming Amazon carries it at all). Need a bolt to replace the one you just stripped? Try buying just one bolt from Amazon when you don't own a thread gauge. Take your bolt to OSH and find the replacement in minutes. Not a lot of building materials like the big box stores but lots more tools and parts.

Had what I was looking for!! Staff friendly and helpful. Prices are a bit higher than the box store. No change, still easier than going to the big ole box store!!

This store has replaced half or more of trips I would have otherwise made to Home Depot. Great nut and bolt section.
