Just tried to make an urgent care appointment. No one available for the next 3 days. I like my regular doctor and the on-site blood draw, but their advertised urgent care availability is no longer accurate. Could it be that the new owner has changed policy? What say you Amazon?

You used to be able to get a same or next day appt with a dr, now it’s 2 weeks to get an appointment with a NP. Used to also be able to call and talk to someone in the phone. Now it’s a phone tree.
