There is a man that works as a cashier that has been so rude to me on so many occasions! I understand that he's not born in America and perhaps his customs are different, but there's no need to be rude in any case! He is curt, unfriendly, and is the reason why I will no longer shop at this place, even though it's so much more convenient for me to go there. It's worth not going there again to so that I may never see that guy's face. Adios Office Depot!

Terrible employees unhelpful. My papers kept printing out with the info horizontal when it should be vertical. (As it is at every other place I've printed these forms). However they weren't proper and the employees were absolutely useless. Do better.

It's in a close location. I can't do half a star, or a quarter. I would if I could physically do it. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. This place is going to close. Went in to return an online purchase, which clearly stated on the website, that if there were any problems, with or without the reciept the online pick-up at site option offers worry free returns I bought something I didn't need, went to return it and as soon as I walked in the door the day after j picked it up, a guy being the counter gave me an off putting look like he did not want to help me. He asked for my receipt. I produced the email with the order number that said "ready for pickup". It had an itemized recipt clearly shown. Despite that, on the website itself it clearly states "if you don't like the return, bring it back within 14 days with or without the receipt and we can help you with a VALID ID. This guy, worked at the register Saturday, 12/16/23, at 430 had glasses on, eastern Asian decent, and off the bat did not even greet me and did not want to help me and questioned if I purchased the item there. I clearly picked it up the day before and stated that several times. He had not even been cordial or presented the option that if I didn't have the physical receipt ( I mean it was an online it says "no receipt no problem' option to pickup at the store) he could just look up my drivers license like it says on the customer service portion in the website "how to return". I felt discriminated against because he was stand off ish as soon as I walked in the door, no greeting or anything. Don't go here, you're better off. There's nothing here and everything is overpriced. Worst customer service ever.

horrible service this two guys working on the register couldnt give me my paper after I paid for it fam shame showing recite is not enough now acting like a federal building when they looking like they don't have I.d's them selfs!!
