I contacted Norm several weeks before traveling to a faire in which I knew his shop would be. We organized a piece of custom jewelry and when I got to his shop, the transaction was amazing. His on-site manager was so helpful and answered all my questions.The ring came out GORGEOUS. And it took way less time than I was expecting. The shine on the ring is just mesmerizing and my diamond looks beautiful in its new setting. The beveled chevron wedding band goes perfectly, I couldn't be any more pleased. The photo truly does it no justice. Thank you, Norm!

Norm was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of designing and creating a puzzle engagement ring for my fiancée. The ring is absolutely stunning, and it was really helpful to have Norm talk me through the process of selecting the perfect diamond (complete with grading reports). I've owned puzzle rings by Norm for decades. His craftsmanship is genuinely extraordinary, and he's always happy to talk through your choice to make sure you get the ring that is right for you. His rings have kept me safe from boredom in countless settings, and I can't recommend Norm highly enough. So many puzzle rings out there are gimmicky and cheap. Norman Greene's are heirloom-quality works of wearable art.

Bought my wedding band 16 years ago at the Phoenix Renaissance festival. Still looks great and I get complements all the time. Everyone always want to try to solve the puzzle with no luck. Great jeweler, fantastic work and a pleasure to do business with. Ordering another ring soon for my anniversary for my wife.

Medium Cast Gold Puzzle RingsI have been ordering gold puzzle rings from Norm Greene for many years, since first meeting him at Scarborough Faire in Waxahachie, TX. I’ve ordered at least 5 rings from him, all beautifully crafted, all delivered promptly. Why have I needed so many rings? They were gifted to friends and family, after they expressed admiration and a STRONG desire to have them! Never fear, Mr. Greene has made 2 more rings to order for me, and these, I intend to keep!The rings are smooth, fit together beautifully, and the craftsmanship in their design and form is obvious. When I placed my last ring order, Mr. Greene and I chatted about the ring size and the best gold weight for each ring. He is very pleasant, very friendly, and takes great pride in his work, and seemed to be delighted to know that his rings are greatly appreciated.Treat yourself, or someone else, to one of his lovely creations... you will not be disappointed!

Norm is an exceptional artist. He transformed my beautiful silver and gold puzzle ring into an incredible piece. Twenty years ago my husband bought this ring from Norm’s shop at the Bristol Renaissance Faire and gave it to me for our 10th wedding anniversary. This ring has become a part of me, wearing it everyday and rarely removing it from my finger. So, as a way to commemorate our now 30 years of marriage, I asked Norm if it would be possible for him to add 3 diamonds to my special ring. He worked his magic, and now it is absolutely stunning. Thank you Norm!

One of the most impressive places ever! Very neat jewellery from puzzle rings to armillary spheres to art deco earrings. Everyone there was really fun to talk to too! Make sure you have an appointment though, since they don't do walk ins (it's a workshop, not a store front!).

Ordered a beautiful 4 band ring on thursday, got it on monday and I live on the other side of the country! Great, honest buisness and the staff at the faires are always super kind and helpful! If you're looking to get puzzle ring from some where, I'd highly recommend Norman Greene!
