if u could give no stars i would. how do you not have your hours posted? why does google say you’re open but i just wasted time walking there and yall are closed. I can never figure out when this place is open. to the point i just started going to the one down the street from my job and this smoke shop is closer to my job than the other one. all there is is a very obviously old sign that says we’ll be back in 5 minutes.

I picked up a 510 thread battery here thinking it would be more convenient than ordering one online. It was over priced and extremely poor quality. The battery never turned on and the charger broke the same day. I called and asked to exchange the charger and they said they would but when I went up there they said I had to come when the person who sold it to me was there?? As if they would remember me? I tried to show them my bank statement from when I purchased but they obviously just did not want to deal with it.

I have been a huge fan of this place e for many years. Now I know there's a bunch of shops like this in Berkeley, I ve been to em all. What sets this one apart is the open, no pressure approach they take. That and all the really cool stuff.from hand woven bags to jewelry to statues of Shiva and Gonesh. Its a real joy to go in for some pipe tobacco, n get a lil insight into ...whatever sparkle catches my eye THAT particular day. Always been a pleasure. I'll get some pics in a couple of days, maybe even inside...till then, Be Good, or Be Good at " it". R3pt1l3

Come here and buy swishers on a regular basis and I've never had a problem until today. Normally buy one or two swisher packs for a few dollars and use my debit card. I've used it here in the past to charge $2 bucks. The clown working today says no, I need to spend $10 dollars to use debit... Also, they never open at 10am

Was a regular here. New employee tried to charge me way more than normal. Tried explaining how I always come in the for same item with the store owner recognizing me and giving me deal u normally get. Nope. Was told to leave. Ok. Will take my weekly business elsewhere. Single backwoods are $3 here. Avoid.
