These folks were incredible. Tested & troubleshot my record player that I was having trouble with to get it working again. Jacob was thorough & amazing. 10/10.

Visited this store wanting to explore and learn more about high end audio systems and left feeling amazed by the knowledge and kindness from the staff. They showed me around the demo rooms and browsed through some of the equipment. Such an amazing experience. They also had some friendly dogs which was a plus.
