2209 Shattuck Ave., Berkeley“Made a 3pm appt on a Sunday just 2 hours earlier and arrived as the only customer in the store. Glenn was working and provided exceptional service. His ability to be helpful, friendly, and not pressuring was the perfect customer service balance. Highly recommend people visit him for new phones (I got the Samsung s24+) and hope his manager sees this value and new hires learn from Glenn.”
“This local business has been a trusted shop for several decades. I got my first TV (a small Sony Trinitron) from them in the 1970's. Eids is still family owned and operated. They have incredible customer service. The repairs are reliable. I got my TV fixed there in 2022. It was a great repair done quick.
Thanks Ed!!!”
“Cricket Wireless is the discount version of AT&T. They even gave me a new phone in preparation of the 5G switch. The woman at the Downtown Berkeley store was really good at handling the switch to the new phone -- it took just about 20-30 minutes. Her name is Tina. I LOVE having a store in downtown -- and I strongly recommend Cricket (Discount AT&T) to students, older people, or anyone who likes a bargain! Each time I have needed help, this Berkeley store has been perfect. THANK YOU!!”

“Destiny at Berkeley T-Mobile is super helpful! Destiny helps me sort out how to find my lost iPhone, how to get a new iPhone in a promotional plan, how to add more lines in the lowest budget...etc. I was very worried about lost my phone but Destiny is very professional and resolves my questions. Other staff at Berkeley T-Mobile are very cool too. Destiny's professionalism gets customers' trust and boosts T-Mobile's good image!”
“Tl;dr - I'm only writing this review because Target needs more staff if they are going to maintain half the aisles under lockdown. Otherwise, it's going to become not worth shopping here.I shop here frequently because I live in the neighborhood. It is well stocked for its size and it's great for families in terms of the kid aisles and general household, personal care items. The staff are typically very helpful and nice. I understand why they've put so many aisles behind locked cases, but they need more staffing. It's impossible to shop quickly in this store anymore, rendering its former "convenience" for less so. It takes 10 minutes and upwards to get something basic like toothpaste unlocked. The only solution is adding more staff if the locked aisles are staying in place.”

Waiting gave me a chance to hear him help other customers. I was amazed by his expertise in everything Metro. By the time he helped me I was confident in his ability to provide exactly what I needed and left there a very happy custo.er!”
“Great Service from Keion!
I recently visited the Apple Store, and Keion provided exceptional service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly took the time to understand what I needed in a new MacBook. Based on my needs, he recommended the right MacBook, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice! Keion made the buying process easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for expert advice and a smooth shopping experience, I highly recommend asking for Keion.”
“Trew was AMAZING. She was knowledgeable and professional as well as great to talk to and patient while we waited forever for my old phone to finally sync (my fault for never deleting anything, not hers). The experience was 10/10. Thanks again for taking care of me, Trew!”
