“Have only spoke on phone so can only say the woman I talked with was very nice and answered my questions. Waiting on prescription and will update as to shipping time and quality etc. But for now they seemed nice and professional.Update : received first prescription and was somewhat upset due to minimum cost and barely getting much medication, but im pretty sure they sent mine overnight and they did not mention it. So maybe they did this just to be nice after paying the minimum cost. Was appreciated big time and they did this without any complaints or asking by me. Just placed next refill this past Friday and received email saying will be updated on when is shipped (monday today). Will update as to consistency and relative results with medication relative to other compounding pharmacies used, and regular shipping times once received. But so far seem to be a very professional and helpful business.”
“This is the only LabCorp in the area that has a recliner. I'm prone to fainting, and every other LabCorp refuses to see me. FYI the staff said that LabCorp typically doesn't have beds/recliners. I went to multiple LC clinics before finding this one that accepted walk-ins, even after I made an appointment, and my chart says I am prone to fainting. I will use Quest Diagnostics in the future since they almost always have beds/recliners.”

“I was told that I can just drop off my sample and run out, but that turned out not to be the case. I was very irritated that I had to check in etc, but the woman walked me through it all and was nonplussed at my attitude. Her demeanor was very professional and serious, so I am grateful.”
“Yes, they're busy, but that's not the fault of the staff. Quest needs to fund an additional employee at this location. The staff that I interacted with were kind and managed the busy situation the best they could.”
