I have had pain in my arches for the last 10 years and recently developed knee pain. Luis carefully evaluated my step and pain symptoms, and explained clearly how my high arches and over-pronating contributes to my pain. He provided recommendations on shoes and insoles, and then went the extra mile showing me exercises to prevent injury and build up strength in key areas impacted by my gait. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for and was the best orthotic / show buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Luis!

I came here for physical therapy not shoes. I liked that PT was offered in the same facility as a shoe store b/c he has a focus on feet. My area to focus on through PT was my regain strength on my feet . I left after sessions with Craig with a path forward to get back to be fully functional. I was happy to get help from someone that loves his work and respects his clients.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable! The man who is a physical therapist fitted me With shoe inserts for my pronation and flat feet as well as a heel lift. They give me good support, better than Super Feet! Customer Service is great!

Wow! I made an appointment for custom orthotics the next day after I called. The team there is knowledgeable, not pushy, and guided me to the right solutions for my IT Band injury. I was happy to support local with this business and will be using them again.

phenomenal gait analysis done by andrew. he really took the time to explain my foot’s mechanics and it’s overcompensation from an injury i experienced years ago on my left foot and didn’t try to sell me any shoes or orthotics but explained in clear detail of my existing gait and what i can do to support my left food and generally to fix the overcompensation issue. truly so incredibly valuable to know what i need to look for in a running sneaker moving forward.

I've been to LaFoot Plus for two PT sessions for my left ankle, and I'm already doing miles better! Craig is the man - he has helped me with exercises, shoes, and every little intricacy that goes into recovery. While I still have a little ways to do, my foot is doing a lot better and I'm making serious headway.

I had a good experience with La Foot Plus. There wasn't pressure to buy new shoes or inserts and the assistant was able to inexpensively alter my current pair. Even though the shop was busy I didn't feel rushed. This shop is important because a normal shoe store can't help you with orthopedic issues and a podiatrist can't help you with footwear. I won't hesitate to come back and buy my next pair of gym shoes from them.

I was so hopeful! My podiatrist recommended this place. I got the orthotics & they made me feel off balance & had less support than my superfeet. My bunion & plantar fasciitis did NOT improve with this. My podiatrist was shocked with how little support the orthotics offered. Save your non refundable $350 & go somewhere else.

Craig took lots of time and patience to examine my feet and my gait - with and without my old orthotics. He made a new pair that has had a Very good benefit. I've had shots in my knees 2 x a year and even one shot in my hip in the past. My left hip and knees have dramatically less soreness since using the orthotics. I've no need for further shots at this time. I'm doing PT also but I believe my alignment has made the greatest difference. Kudos to Craig!!

I've been getting walking shoes here for years, and this would be a 5-star review except for my recent experience. I need new shoes, and I have visited the store 3 times in the past week and simply cannot get service. The first time I was there 5-10 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence. I went back again a few days later and still no help. Today, at least, a rep noticed me and said "I'll be with you in a few minutes," so I took a seat and waited. After 20 minutes, I left. The two people who were already there seemed to be getting excellent, attentive service, so I can't fault the store for that. I guess, like everyone these days, they are short-staffed. But it was very frustrating. Maybe you need an appointment.

Craig Norton is terrific & knows what he is doing. His appointment scheduler is a disaster. He cannot be trusted. That may sound like a small thing but the guy who is responsible for booking appointments managed to sink a 3 month long treatment plan for surgery which then had to be delayed.
