My experience with Keohler has been excellent in every way. They did a great job, did it exactly as stated, came in not a penny more than their estimate (the lowest one I got). On top of that, working with them was a pleasure. They were careful to explain everything and were easy to talk with. Thanks for everything!

This is one exceptional auto body shop! Not only friendly and extremely generous with their time to explain all aspects of your repair that you're interested in, but super quality work. I scraped the side of my car as I exited my garage. I took it to Koehler which was able to work on it the very next morning. They worked their magic. I couldn't be happier or more grateful. Great job. Great business. Great people. I highly recommend Koehler Auto Body.

Koehler repainted a section on my 2 year old Volvo that had been vandalized. The work is first rate. My car is good as new and Kurt and crew are a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend them more highly. I hope I don't need them again but if I do I won't hesitate.

Dear Kurt, Thank you for the incredible service and affordable pricing. Out of need for transparency, I got 7 quotes in the neighborhood, nervously promising ahead of time to collect as many quotes as possible, and go with the most affordable quote (for the woman who hit my parked vehicle and left a note). To my relief, the most affordable was also my first preference. The job was done so well that it's only noticeable today, due to the fact that it's the cleanest part of the car. The woman who hit my car was initially really confused by why it might seem high to her, and I had to explain to her that such a repair takes a considerable amount of time and skillset. Having to remove and disassemble the bumper, carefully taking out and later put back all of the complicated sensors in tricky places, buffing, painting, drying, adding a number of chemicals, and having to mold the plates back together piece-by-peice. I don't know much about car repair, but I felt like it was only honest if I better understand the craft, so that I can explain it to the woman, who was quite numerous in her detailed questions. I was a tad concerned that perhaps I should have gone straight to insurance and that perhaps I was being irresponsible and being taken advantage of by having to find a cheaper solution than bumper replacement and not having a rental car paid for, but I can legitimately say that I am happy that I managed to keep the woman's insurance rates down, give her a fresh start on her insurance, and find a middle ground which satisfied everyone somehow. I find that there is a rule in life. you can have 1-out-of-3 things if very lucky, and 2-out-of-3 things at very best. 1. Speed 2. Quality 3. Economy. In this case, I maxed out. Extremely friendly and very upfront with pricing. I had a small aesthetic job I wanted done and they let me bring it in before hours because they were booked up. Was very upfront about what it would take to make it look amazing and gave me a breakdown of what the cost would be. I ultimately decided not to do it, but I really appreciated the time they took to get me in and to break everything down for me.

My Mazda is a 2016. This is my first grown-up nice car and i been mindful taking good care of it. So, i was disappointed when i noticed a couple dents in the bumper. My husband said "go to the best auto body shop in Berkeley, Koehler". He was right. Great service from minute one. Kurt greeted me, and assessed the car. He told me to come back next morning. The work took 1 hr (just like he said). They delivered. I was happy to see my car without any more dents. It's incredible refreshing to meet business like Koehler. They do a great job! They are professional, friendly, and honest. I feel what they charge me was really fair. Although their services are priceless. Thank you so much!

I totaled my car and had it taken to Koehler. Kurt and Kurt Jr. were so helpful and supportive. They gave me great advice for dealing with my insurance company. Any time I need auto body work in the future I will happily be taking my car to Koehler.

These guys are amazing. After my car was totaled by a box truck, they really went to bat for me with the other guy's insurance and went way above and beyond in their support, kindness, and customer service. Highly recommend for their customer service.

I drove my wheelchair too close to my parked van, and the wheelchair footplate created a long scratch on my van door. Koehler touched up the damaged area in just a few minutes for a great price ($50) and you wouldn't know the door had been scratched. I had to change my scheduled service appointment at the last minute, when my van wouldn't start to get there, and Koehler couldn't have been more gracious.
